VIlla Goldenfish comprise of 6 bedroom and  formaly under name Villa Canggu  Sunset. Golden Fish” or Ikan Mas in Indonesian language is chosen to be the name of the villa because there are fish pond with “Ikan Mas” in front of the villa, right on the entrance gate. Villa Golden Fish is really situated in the quiet village of Canggu within fishermen’s houses, within walking distance to the Canggu beach which is very popular to all surfers of the world.  Staying among the genuine Balinese fisherman gives good opportunity to feel the real Bali experience: observing their daily life, listening to the rooster songs, making more contact with the genuine smiling people. Its location is very strategic as it is only 35 minutes drive from the NgurahRai International Airport, 20 minutes away from the heart of lively Seminyak, Legian and Kuta and only a 15 minutes drive to the famous Tanah Lot, Nirwana Golf Course.

Situated in the quiet village of Canggu overlooking the rice  paddies. With views of Batu Karu (Tabanan Mountains), and also the ocean which is only 400 m away and popular with local and foreign surfers and is also hawker free.

 

35 minutes drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport, 10/20 minutes away from the heart of lively Seminyak, Legian and Kuta and only a 15 minutes drive to the No.1 tourist attraction of Tanah Lot, Nirwana Golf Course/Le Meridien Resort.

Villa Goldenfish Rooms

Villa Goldenfish is a 6 bedroom villa, providing luxury accommodation for 11-12 people, within 2 separate self-contained buildings. The 2 master bedrooms are only connected to the main building by a private walkway, thus giving total privacy for guests, the downstairs bedroom has a traditional Balinese open-air bathroom which features a sunken bath where you can bathe by moonlight, surrounded by Lotus ponds. An experience highly recommended for the romantics or honeymooners.

Goldenfish Private Vacation Villas offer; Two holiday houses / homes accommodating up to 10-12 people within a total of 2 en-suite master bedrooms (with terrazzo finish) and 3 double bedrooms (all air-conditioned). Both buildings are furnished with traditional, hand-carved Balinese furniture and comprise of open Living Area with exposed alang-alang beams, with Satellite TV, Hi-fi and VCD player. Dining Area, Fully equipped Kitchen, Powder Room, Double Bedrooms (all with air- conditioning).

6 en-suite bathrooms all with terrazzo finish. The main building features a unique open viewing terrace, which enables guests to enjoy un-obstructive views of the rice fields, the ocean and the perfect Bali sunset in the comfort of their own surroundings. All rates quoted by USD per night and inclusive 21% to Government Tax and Services Charge.

The rates above are inclusive such as:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- Internet connection is available
- fully staff: cook, maids and house manager

Seasonal:
High Season : July 15th to July 31st, September 1st to September 15th, Easter period and Chinese New Year
Peak Season : August 1st to August 31st, December 20th to January 8th

Minimum stay requirements:
- Low season : 3 nights
- High season: 5 nights
- Peak season: 7 nights

Currency : US$ Dollar
- Payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate on that time of transaction, in accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations.

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, 
and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit 
from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining 
balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.
- Payment is non refundable.

Check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. 
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival 
(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival 
(or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
