Emerald River is located in Canggu 300 meters from the beach on Nelayan Street (Fishermen village). A typical Balinese fisherman village is close by and every morning it will be proposed to your cook fresh lobster, king size prawns, according to the catch of the day. The villa is surrounded with rice field, tropical trees as well and other high luxury villas making this very Balinese district one of the most luxurious of Bali.

The villa is situated 35 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Seminyak the famous shopping and entertainment area, and 15 minutes from Nirwana one of the best Golf course in Asia.

Emerald River Villa Bali Rooms

The 4 bedrooms villa of 780 m2 is composed of 4 different 2 storey buildings linked on the second floor by a large terrace and pathway bridges. The 150 m2 overflow swimming pool surrounded by a gym room, the terrace and the open space living room is overlooking the rest of the property and gives an extraordinary feeling of luxury so well integrated in the true Bali. The 2000 m2 land with numerous tropical trees including a huge mango tree is sloping down until the river 200 meters from the beach.

The villa has been designed by the very reputable Yoka Sara who has expressed a modern architechture but has kept the Balinese touch with traditional material such as wood roof, terrazzo, merbau floor. The furniture and equipment are providing an international high speed connection, Bose audio system, LCD flat screen television.

The entrance of the villa is opening directly on a large pebble washed terrace planted of palm trees, a gym on the right side, a very comfortable open space living room all surrounding an amazing 150 m2 swimming pool and 25 m2 Jacuzzi covered by Indian slated stones giving different colours in connection with the luminosity of the day. From the living room a wood path bridge gives access to the air conditioned dinning room including a fully equipped pantry and to the master bedroom hidden by a fabulous mango tree. The master bedroom equipped with ducting air conditioning, TV, DVD, sound system, features a king size bed with mosquito net a separate office space which can be rearranged into an extra junior room, a dressing, and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom features two basins, a shower, a separate toilet, a make up table and a huge out door terrazo bath tub situated on a secluded and private terrace.

he staff area including storage laundry and kitchen is situaded under the gym. All the bedrooms floor and large sliding windows are made with merbau. All rooms are nicely decorated mainly with Balinese arts. The garden is manicured with grass lawn, different type of tropical trees, plants and flowers.

Staffs
At your full service, 1 manager is supervising 15 staffs, including 1 chef, 4 housekeepers, 2 share gardeners and swiming pool attendant, 1 share maintenance boy and 6 share 24 hours security guards.

The above rates are inclusive 10% service charge & 11% Goverment tax.

The rate above are includes benefits of:
- One time round trip Airport transfer

- free car and driver for 8 hours/day ( exclude petrol)
- fully staff: chef, maids and house manager

rates:
- All rates are quoted in US Dollars per night
- Reservation is confirmed only upon desposit by Bank transfer and/US$ cash.
- Rates do not include gratuities to staff member, wich we recommend at least IDR 100.000 per week per staff member
- Rates do not include breakfast, telephone, foods and beverages.

High Season Surcharge:
Low Season: January 9 to July 14, September 16 to December 14 (not including Easter Week)
High Season: July 15 to July 31, September 1 to September 15, Easter Week and Chinese New Year
Peak Season: August 1 - 31, Christmas & New Year Period (December 15 - January 8).

minimum stay requirements:
- Low season : 3 nights
- High season : 7 nights
- Peak season :10 nights

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Damage and Loses
The client's is responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order and in a clean condition. The client is responsible to pay for any damages or losses incurred during your stay. The owner & the Agent reserve the right to repossess the villas if the client or any member of the client’s party causes excessive damage or nuisance or engages in unlawful activities.

Villa Capacity
The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy. Bali Villa Seminyak has four bedrooms ( 4BR ) that maximum occupancy is up to 8 persons, but if you wish to have additional guests or held a function then we should get informed in advance to provided ideal accommodation as villa standard requirements.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full, less USD 300.00 if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival (or 90 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing.

Limitation of Liability
By confirming a booking that you have to acknowledge and agree that the Owners and the villa agent are not liable to the client or any other guest of the property for
injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense, or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by
or arising out of the villa’s use by the client or guests.
