Ni Rampe Village is a charming cluster luxurious private villa set in secluded fishing village of Canggu in Southwest Bali with Batu Bolong Beach on its doorstep. Three different types of villa set on 3,200 sq meters land are offered, One Bedroom Villa, Two Bedroom Villa and Three Bedroom Villa include a private swimming pool and fully equipped private kitchen with a dining area. Each villa is a walled compound of pavilion with private entrance in the combination of Traditional Balinese gate.

Ni Rampe Village has been inspired by blends of distinctive Balinese and Javanese design also combines a casual Mediterranean architecture with local elements. Traditional thatched roofs, terrazzo floors and high quality solid wood are feature throughout. Antiques and unique artifacts have been used exclusively to decorate each villa and living space. Fine Indonesian textiles and soft furnishings in earthly tones highlight bedroom areas adding touches of comfort.

Ni Rampe Village Villa Services Facilities

With Ni Rampe Village Villas in Bali: Both vacation homes are located next to each other within a walled secure compound. The two master bedrooms, one with open air Balinese bathroom (complete with sunken bath set amongst Lotus ponds), are "connected" to the main building by private walkway.

Fully staffed with 1 house manager, 4 maids,2 cooks, 1 pool boy/gardener and 2 night security guards. A 6 seater air-conditioned family car with driver is included for the duration of the holiday as a shuttle service to local shops and restaurants etc. A qualified massage service can be arranged for the guests in the comfort of the villa.

Note :

The rate above are including the folowing benefits below:
* 11% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge.
* Welcome drink and cool towel served upon arrival at the Villa.
* Complimentary tropical fruit basket upon arrival.
* Daily fresh flower arrangement.
* Rates are inclusive of american breakfast.
* One time return transfer in/out from Airport to villa

Personalized breakfast will be served in the villa and based on villa occupants: 2 breakfast for One Bedroom Villa, 4 breakfast for Two Bedroom Villa and 6 breakfast for Three Bedroom Villa.

The chef is not available at this villa, but the villa be able to arrange with additional nominal fee on it.

* High Season Period: July 15 - August 31 and December 20 - January 10.
* Low Season Period: The rest of consecutive months

Booking Procedure
* The 50% in advanced deposit is villa requirement ensure secure the booking.
* The balance should be paid upon check in at the villa.

Cancelation and No Show Policy
* The guest shall notify the villa in writing of any cancellation:
High Seasons (15 July - 31 August, 20 December - 10 January)
In the events of cancellation during the period of 3 (three) weeks prior arrival date, 50% deposit received are not returnable.
Low Seasons
In the events of cancellation during the period of 7 (seven) days prior arrival date, 50% deposit received are not returnable.

* No show subject to 100% cancellation fee of room night reserved.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check in time at 14.00 and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
Ni Rampe Village will attempt to accommodate any request for early check in or check out based on availability.
