Located near the west coast of Bali, on the outskirt of the village of Pererenan and a short stroll away from the beach and surrounded by rice fields ensuring privacy and quiet, Palm River is a magnificent place for your holiday.

The immediate surroundings are luxury villas as well and the famous Balinese terrace rice field. The villa is situated 30 minutes from the airport and less than 15 minutes from Seminyak area and Nirwana, the most famous golf course in Bali.

Behind a coved-stone wall, located at the main entrance and accessed by a series of steps and walkways is a large open air living and dining pavilion and a fully equipped European style kitchen. In the other wing, the building features five double bedrooms, an air-conditioned entertainment and games room packed with a wide-screen satellite television and a video projector.

Palm River Villa Bali Rooms

Each of Palm River's bedroom suites are contained within a single split leveled and double storied wing that is directly adjacent to the main living pavilion. The wing is accessed by another network of waterway steps and teakwood stairs. It consists of 5 well appointed double bedrooms with lavish en-suite bathrooms and walk-in dressing rooms.

The master suite positioned on the second level - features an enclosing open planned veranda that looks out over the pool and river, while the lower suites are flanked by a series of cascading lotus ponds. Each fully equipped en-suite features a sunken spa-tub set against a clear glass wall that offers tranquil scenes of the water features behind it.

All bedrooms have satellite television with DVD players, telephones and fully air conditioned. Also on the upper level is an air-conditioned entertainment and games room, packed with many mod cons including a wide screen satellite television and a video projector for watching "cinema style" DVD movies.

• 1 Manager; oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist the guest during their stay.
• 1 Cook; know how to shop for premium quality produce and all meals are provided to you at cost, naturally Indonesian cuisine is a specialty and we have a wide selection of delicious choice.
• 1 Gardener & Pool Attendant; tending the garden and the grounds of the villa ensuring all the facilities of the villa run smoothly during your visit.
  3 Room Maid; taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and building of the property and responsible for all housekeeping duties.
• 3 Security; patrol the ground and guard the entrance of the villa from dusk to dawn ensuring your security

The above rates are inclusive 10% service charge & 11% Goverment tax.

High Season Surcharge:
Low Season

High Season

(7 nights minimum stay)

* From July 15th to the 31st

* From September 1st to the 15th

* Including Easer and Chinese New Years weeks

 

Peak Season

(10 nights minimum stay)

* From the 1st to the 31st of August

* From the 15th of December to 8th January

 

The villa booking procedures:

- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.

- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.

- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

 

Cancellation Policy:

- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.

- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing

 

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
