Pure Villa Bali Location

Pure Villa is hidden away in the traditional village of Padonan, just five minutes drive from the beach at Canggu. This out of town setting offers the double attraction of being close to everything that guests might need. The trendy Seminyak area is just 15 minutes’ drive from the villa, presenting an exciting nightlife, together with a plethora of trendy boutiques and internationally acclaimed restaurants – including the famous ‘Ku Dé Ta’, ‘Métis’, ‘Kafé Warisan’, and ‘Hu’u’. The international airport is about 30 minutes drive depending on the traffic.

What makes it more gentle family atmosphere is its stunning position in a rural village inhabitant situation, providing an experience of privacy and luxury, make a distance from those said as wobbly crowded condition. Here, a pure, idyllic and comfort living would be perfectly experienced.

Pure Villa is indeed the perfect place for those wishing to escape mass tourism or the glitz and glamour of grandiose hotels, preferring a more peaceful light atmosphere instead. The big back-home garden surrounding astonishing, coloring swimming pool is sparkling your sights and carrying freshness into your mind.

The villa possesses 6 bedrooms with each glorious bathroom. Two kitchens are set in this villa, one in the main room and one within the corner bedroom. This villa having two entrances access which one main big white bamboo-towering gate and one bridge pool-sided gate. A massage stand paves on the corner situated in a quiet and relaxing garden with its fresh grass aroma.

By using the natural elements of the life as architecture, the villa has been carefully designed to promote the spirit of ecological responsibility with minimal impact on the environment. Using some unique ornaments taken from life resources creates a life character. The swimming pool employs an advanced ionizer filter system, and a water recycling system allows waste water to be re-used in the gardens.

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : after 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

Villa Capacity
The villa accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.
