The Shore Villa Location

The Shore Villa Rooms

Set in a large tropical garden (1,600m2) with two swimming pools, a large infinity- edge swimming pool and an “Olympic” (30m) indoor/outdoor lap pool, the Shores Villa's inspiring design by acclaimed tropical architect V. Martin consists of a two story waterfront house with three en suite bedrooms, each offering a 180 degree magnificent view of the Indian Ocean, living area, kitchen, dining room and a traditional Balinese guest pavilion with two en-suite bedrooms.
The main house carries a combination of innovative and contemporary shapes, sleek designs and traditional methods of construction. There are open spaces, ample volume of rooms with sliding doors and wooden blinds to allow extra coziness and privacy. A unique feature of the vast elevated living/lounge area is a glass floor showing the swimming pool underneath. While the floor-to-ceiling glass windows of the living and dining room areas provide a panoramic view of the ocean.
At night, the glowing waters of the slim outdoor/indoor lap pool crossing below the lounge to meet the ocean front infinity-edge pool creates a spectacular scene throughout the house!
On the second floor, the two identical bedrooms with their spacious balconies almost make one feels on top of a cruise liner's bow, the crashing waves are within arm’s reach. From here, guests can have a vantage point to watch the local Jukungs perpetuate a traditional way of fishing. Additionally, there is a media room filled with a complete home theater system, cable TV, DVD player and a game console
Behind the main house, the L-shaped guest pavilion is a traditional Balinese house, which was completely remodeled to modern standards. It has 2 bedrooms, similar in size and decoration giving a view of the ocean and the lush garden. For those dedicated to leading a spiritually balanced existence, the Yoga bale provides an inspirational setting for relaxation and meditation. Thus the possibilities of the Shores Villa are endless, its versatility is for the visitors to explore.

The Shore Villa Services Facilities

Villa Staff: 1 cook, 3 housekeepers, 3 security guards, 2 full-time gardeners, 1 villa manager.
Villa Facilities:
- One driver with car provided free of charge for 8 hours/day (additional car/time to be taken care by guests).
- Internet connection free of charge.

The Shore Villa Terms

All rates are subject to additional 10% Government Tax.

Inclusion:
- One time return transfer from Airport to the villa
- Welcome drink & Fruits
- Cold towel and flower
- A car and Driver for 8 hours a day - 7 passengers (petrol excluded)
- Free laundry ( Dry clean excluded)
- Fully staff: cook, maids and house manager

All foods and beverage are at cost. No additional charges for groceries and preparing the foods (breakfast, lunch and / or dinner)

Villa Seasonal Period:
Low Season : December 20th to January 9th.
High Season : July 1st to September 15th Included Chinese New Year Week and Easter Week.
Peak Season : January 10th to June 30th and September 16th to December 19th ( Christmas & New Year)

Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa as per management standard procedures.

MINIMUM NIGHT’S STAY REQUIREMENTS
Low : 3 nights
High : 7 nights
Peak : 10 nights

Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. The five bedrooms villa maximum occupancy is 10 peoples.

CHILDREN POLICY
There is no restriction on the number of children under 12 years old. THE SHORE provides baby cots for infants and extra mattresses for children under 12 years old which are offered subject to availability.

Villa Booking procedures:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to ensure and secure the reservation.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Payment with Visa and Master card is accepted
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at least 30 days for low season booking and high/peak season within 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Cancellation Policy:
1.Notice of cancellation must be received by villa on writing by
fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season,
45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings.
2.Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled
61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3.In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the
deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.
4. Final Payments are non-refundable
