Secluded amongst the rice field of lush, The Tra is a new villa featuring four stylish bedrooms. The villa is certainly elegant. With finest facilities and pampering service in peaceful surrounding it is absolutely dedicated for comfort and privacy.

 

Designed to enjoy the true Bali by the well-known architect Yoka Sara, The Tra is contemporary, elegant, and very well integrated in the immediate environment. The magnificent tropical garden, the amazing swimming pool with its two majestuous water wall are the land mark of the villa. Each of the three exquisite buildings are overlooking the surroundings especially the spacious main building, comfortably set with a maximum view to the villa area and the greenery across. The interior design and the decoration gives to the Tra the necessary luxury and Balinese touch.

The Tra Villa Location

The Tra Villa is set amid the verdant area of Canggu, situated 35 minutes from the airport, 700 meters from the beach, 20 minutes from the famous Nirwana Golf Course and 15 minutes from some of the best dinning, entertainment and shops of Seminyak.

The Tra Villa Rooms

On the land of 2,100 m2, the villa offers four bedrooms set in three aesthetic flair building accessible through a private road amid the rice field. Arriving in the parking area, a bridge crossing a clear fish pond leads to the fabulous living area set in the lower level. Spacious, elegant with white terrazzo stepping, minimalist in style this building is directly connected to the pool through steps going down the water. This air conditioned building can be open on all the sides with large sliding door and features four area Living, dinning, library, TV plus a large terrace in front of the pool. Connected by a short stepping, the right side building offers a colorful game room and TV, and three opulent bedrooms including two junior bedrooms and the master bedroom towards the end. Tidy, each bedroom is facing to the garden and the pool, with stylish en suited bathroom and dressing completed with the finest furniture and equipment.
On the left side of the living area the generous guest bedroom is featuring a study room which can be an additional bedroom, a large guest bedroom with a private terrace overlooking to the garden and the pool a dressing and a fully equipped indoor and outdoor bathroom.
The staff quarter along with the well equipped kitchen is discreetly set on the back of this compound to give the best privacy to the guests.
A 90 m2 pool including a Jacuzzi with a twin outstanding water wall is set in the middle of the lawn, blend together offering an idyllic surrounding for a perfect retreat.
Further close to the river a large terrace to set the long chairs and dinning table is the perfect place to contemplate this outstanding villa.

The Tra Villa Services Facilities

At your full service, the manager is supervising eight staffs including one chef, three housekeepers, one gardener, one maintenance and two securities operating the villa.
- Each villa provides daily service with hand wash and washing machine laundry; dry cleaning or outside laundry service is not included in the rental fee
- Each villa provides a professional cook with a menu of international and local cuisine
- English speaking manager to assist guest
- Security guards
- All bed linens, towels, toilet paper, cooking utensils, basic condiments and drinking water are provided. Normal household supplies such as toilet paper, soap and other cleaning products are included in the rental price and will be replenished as needed.

The Tra Villa Terms

All rates are quoted in US dollars per nights. Reservation is confirmed only upon deposit by bank transfer and/or US dollars cash.

Seasonal
- Low season: January 9 to July 14, September 16 to December 14 (not including Easter week)
- High season: July 15 to July 31, September 1 to September 15, Easter week and Chinese New Year week
- Peak season: August 1 - 31, Christmas & New Year period (December 15 - January 8)

 

Minimum Stay:
Low season: 3 nights
High season: 7 nights
peak season: 10 nights

 

Rates do not include:
- gratuities to staff members, which we recommend, at least, IDR 100.000 per week, per staff member
- breakfast, telephone, food and beverage

Rates are included:
- One time return transfer from Airport to the villa
- Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival
- Government tax

 

The Villa Booking Procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation,
and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit
from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining
balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 300.00, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas lettings).
- Reservation cancelled less than 60 days prior arrival is subject to forfeiture of deposit.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
