Villa Arika Bali located on approximately 1 hectare, beach front in Perenenan, West Canggu, Villa Arika is certainly one of the top villas on the island of Bali. Offering amazing sunsets, this spacious three bedroom villa boasts an ocean view from every room.

Each piece of original Indonesian artwork and furniture has been personally chosen or designed by the owners and the fabrics are of stunning hues of lavender and gold. The soft-blue tiled swimming pool has an attached bale, is surrounded by gardens and over looks the ocean and sunsets. There is a tennis court and gym for the fitness minded. The amazing Balinese garden showcases over 90 different flowers, plants and trees.

Villa Arika Location

Villa Arika is located in Canggu on the beach in the peaceful village of Pererenan, 9 km north of the restaurant/nightlife districts of Legian and Seminyak and approximately 45 minutes from Bali International Airport. The Greg Norman designed Bali Nirvana Golf Course at Tanah Lot is also a 15 minute drive towards the North.

• All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and are air conditioned.
• 4 large bedrooms with air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom, king size bed and ocean view.
• Very large out door living area (Wantilan) over looking pool, gardens and ocean.
• Indoor dining area has floor to ceiling windows that open on 3 sides over looking fish pond, garden and the ocean. Normally the windows are open and there is a feel of dining in the lush Bali garden. On especially warm or windy days, the windows may be closed and the air conditioning will keep this room a comfortable temperature.

RATES

Private Villa daily rental rates are quoted in United States dollars (USD's). Rates quoted maybe subject to change. The majority of private villas have a premium for high season dates. Some villas offer special rates for stays of 14 nights or more or last minute bookings usually 14 days prior to the arrival date. All rates include airport transfer.

Seasonal

High Season: December 20th to 7th January, Chinese New Year Week, Easter Week,

July 1st to 31st August

Low Season:All other times of the year

MINIMUM STAY

Please indicate to us what your stay requirements are and we can always inquire to the individual villa owner. The usual minimum stay requirement for our private villas varies from a 3 to 7 consecutive night stay for the low season, with some villas increasing the minimum stay to two weeks for the high season.

CHECK-OUT TIME

We will always do our best to accommodate your villa departure time with your return flight travel schedule. If new guests are arriving on the same day you are departing, then check out time is 2.00pm. Late check out after 6.00pm may incur a half-day rental fee. Late check-out requests can not be accommodated should other guests arrive on the same day. Depending on the season many private villa owners are happy to be flexible.

 

THE VILLA BOOKING PROCEDURES:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing

 

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest are responsible for any damage to the villa property or for any extra charges incurred. We will please ask you to settle all outstanding payments or damage repayment before departure.

 

GUEST REGISTRATION

As part of the local requirements, all villa and hotel guests in Indonesia need to be registered with the local authorities within 24 hours of arrival at their destination. A nominal cost of around Rp. 25,000 per person is charged. This is a very simple procedure and involves the following:

1. The Villa Staff will take a photocopy of each guest's passport shortly after arrival at the villa.

2. A registration form will need to be filled out & signed by each guest

3. These papers will then be taken to the immediate village registration office

NUMBER OF GUESTS

Our villas have a maximum number of guests, as detailed in our villa descriptions, which we ask to be respected. If you wish to have additional guests we need to be informed prior to receipt of deposit payment to acquire the villa manager permission. This is also to assure you of a level of service and adequate bedding and linens for your stay.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Your driver will meet you at the airport at Bali's International Airport Ngurah Rai. He will await you outside the arrival door straight after you have passed through customs. The driver will hold up your name and he will assist you with your luggage and will escort you to your vacation villa.

INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive insurance to protect you and all those that accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellations and other travel contingencies. We also strongly recommend a health insurance that covers medical evacuation for emergencies.
