Located within the Pangi River Village complex adjacent to village of Pererenan on Bali’s west coast in a secluded location overlooking the rice terraces beyond the Pangi River. The restaurant and night life districts of Legian and Seminyak are only 15 minutes to the south and the trip from the Ngurah Rai International Airport to the villa is approximately 45 minutes.

Le Meridien Hotel and the famous Tanah Lot Temple are a scenic 15 minute drive to the north, as is the world renowned Nirwana Bali Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman. The local beach, Pantai Pererenan, is a short 5 minute drive from the villa and is particularly popular with international surfers.

Astika Toyaning which means beautiful water. Well nearly Astika means beauty, simple and minimalist and Toyaning - clean fresh water used irrigation rice fields. The villa offers a private a 20 meter lap pool and 10 meter square pool with all 4 air-conditioned bedrooms facing the pool and large tropical gardens. All bedrooms are ground level. The living area is designed in the open style concept. The beautiful traditional single roof of each of the buildings mixes traditional Balinese architecture with modern design.

There are loungers for 8 people around the pools as well as a Bale that sits at the end of the lap pool. The large outside living area overlooks both pools.

Located in Canggu it is approx 20 mins drive to “eat street” and the Legian/Oberoi Hotels, 15 mins walk to the local beach and 20 minutes drive to Tanah Lot, Le Meridien Hotel and the famous Tanah Lot golf course.

Astika Toyaning was completed in mid 2008 and with total space approx 1,600 sq meter with excluding car parking, common areas, etc.) 4 bedrooms (three double beds one twin bed) separate kitchen pavilion that seats 12 for dinner, open living area and multimedia room. There are loungers for 8 people around the pools as well as a Bale that sits at the end of the lap pool. The large outside living area overlooks both pools.

Astika Toyaning is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained and experienced staff members who will ensure that its guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team includes an in-house chef housekeeper, a gardener & pool maintenance and four security guards. The chef is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for the market shopping.

Check in & Check out time:
Villa check in time is at 14:00 hours. The mandatory check out time is 11:00 hours.
For late checkout until 18:00 hours a fee of 50% from the daily room rate will be charged and is only offered subject to availability. Check out after 18:00 hours one night full rate applies and may be offered only subject to availability.

Peak Season: August 01-31, 2012 and December 20, 2012 - January 8, 2013

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, at 45 days for high season booking and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa Management.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable or will adjust to case by case situation.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. - Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
