Villa Ba Jabula has a Balinese heart, combined with African influences from Michel, who spent his childhood in Africa; and of course, a bit of the Mediterranean, those who were born there can never forget it. This mixture of characters, the love involved in its construction, stone after stone, bamboo after bamboo, step by step... with the marvelous natural materials from the island, handmade by artisans, together with the unconditional support of Wayan, the architect, and Lingga, our manager, it has been possible to achieve this beautiful project, that we now present to you:

Our villa is located in a not too touristy area of Bali, approximately 20 minutes away from Denpasar. It is only 5 minutes away from the beach of Pantai Seseh. At the beach, you will enjoy long walks, during which you might encounter the sampis (cows), fisherman or young people enjoying surf, but you will rarely meet with the tourist. Villa Ba Jabula stands 25 meters above sea level and surrounded by rice fields where you be the witness of amazing sun sets from the south-western bay of the island. Our cozy villa has 10 people working in it. Their only worry will be to make sure that you enjoy each and every day, every hour, every minute and every second that you spend in Villa Ba Jabula.

Cemagi, the village where the villa is located, is a typical Balinese village, where you will live with its people, their habits, their character, their happiness, their smiles, their affection, their “ceremonis”, their music, their paz....., you will be able to discover the real BALI.

With this little introduction, we hope to send you a little bit of Villa Ba Jabula's soul and that, just as its name says ...be happy!!
 

Villa Ba Jabula Location

Our villa is located in a not too touristy area of Bali, approximately 20 minutes away from Denpasar. It is only 5 minutes away from the volcanic beach of Pantai Seseh. At the beach, you will enjoy long walks, during which you might encounter the sampis (cows), fisherman or young people enjoying surf, but you will rarely meet with the tourist.

Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom is with the largest size, attached with a large en-suite. A king sized bed with mosquito net with iPod stereo music system, a safe box, a special area for day bed and large changing room. Its bath room is equipped with a terrazzo bathtub, a unique half round wall indoor shower. From its day bed and bed, you may enjoy view to the bay.

The other four identical bedrooms are located in four round huts equipped with private en-suites, semi-open style bathroom. Each bedroom features a a king-size bed with mosquito net, Internet connection, safety box and view over the bay.

Villa Ba Jabula Terms

Note :

- All rates above are quoted in US Dollar/night. 
- All rates are subject to 10% government tax & 5% service charge.
- All rates do not include gratuities to staff members (which we recommend at least IDR
150.000 per week per staff member).

The rates above are inclusive of the following benefits:
- One time round trip Airport transfer. ( one x time in & one x time out)
- Welcome first morning breakfast 
- Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival.
- Wi-Fi Internet Connection is available.
- Free bicycle 
- Free member access to Canggu Club
- Flowers arrangement.
- Fully staffs: maids, private chef, security guard (night shift) and house manager.
- Cooking fee for lunch and or dinner is 21% on top of the grocery shopping bill.

* All other meals and beverage at guests’ own account. 

Seasonal Periods:
- Low Season: January 11 to July 14, September 16 to December 19.
- High Season: July 15 to July 31, September 1 to September 15, Chinese New Year 20-25 January 2012, and Easter Week 6-12 April 2012.
- Peak Season: August 1 – 31, December 20 - January 10.

Minimum Stay:
Low Season: 3 nights
High Season: 5 nights
Peak Season: 7 nights

Check-in & Check-out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00 
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00. 

Booking precedures:
- A deposit of 50% from the rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars 
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation 
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New 
Year bookings).In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days 
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit 
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

Liability:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of 
liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to 
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur 
whilst at the villa.
