The spectacular 4-bedroom Villa Canggu, complete with 20-metre swimming pool, is located just 50 metres from the beach in the tiny fishing village of Nelayan – literally meaning ‘fisherman’ – close to Canggu on Bali’s southwest coast. Designed to maximize the natural light, and catch the cool breezes even at the hottest time of year, the property offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living. There are numerous relaxation areas, so guests will always find a private spot for peace and quiet. In fact, a large family or group of people could stay at the villa and still lose each other within its depths. In addition to this, guests have the choice of a number of different eating areas, all of which present a unique atmosphere, enhanced by the constant sound of the waves together with wonderful views of the beach and the Indian Ocean.

Villa Canggu Location

Villa Canggu is nestled within the beautiful lush rice field area that is home to some of the most luxurious private residences on the island. The sweeping beach, a mere stone’s throw away is renowned for its panoramic coastline views, legendary sunsets, and world-class surf breaks. Fishermen’s huts and colourful ‘jukung’ fishing boats line the beach. The trendy Seminyak area, with its wide choice of international boutiques and restaurants is mere twenty minutes’ drive away. It is also convenient for all of the shopping malls and main tourist attractions and the international airport is thirty minutes’ drive. The nearby ‘Nirwana Bali Golf Course’ was designed by Greg Norman, and was voted the number 1 golf course in Indonesia and the area also houses an equestrian centre.

Master Bedroom
The air-conditioned Master Bedroom is located at ground level. It features a warm timber floor and modern dark wood furnishings including a king size bed. A large cabinet houses a 21-inch TV, together with a DVD and quality sound system. A spacious adjoining dressing room presents plenty of storage and hanging space, with fitted cupboards and large wall mirrors. There is also a safe deposit box.
The dressing room leads into an en-suite terrazzo-floored bathroom, characterized by a large bathtub and a walk-in shower boasting a semi-open air ambience and an abundance of natural light, Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom on to a veranda.

Children’s Bedroom with Adjoining Babysitter's Room
The second bedroom on the ground floor is suitable for children because it is adjoined by a small room designed to accommodate a babysitter. The children’s room features twin mattresses. The room features a wall-length desk, built-in shelf units, a timber floor, and a very private verandah accessed by sliding glass doors and located in the back corner of the villa’s walled garden. The bedroom is also equipped with a 20-inch TV, DVD and sound system, and a safe deposit box. There is also an en-suite terrazzo bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 & 4
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are furnished with queen size beds, desks and ottomans. Each is equipped with a TV, DVD player and sound system, and safe deposit box. One room boasts a large stone balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Both of the bedrooms, the balconies and the bathrooms boast glorious sea views. Each bedroom has a dressing area with built in storage, and each has an en-suite terrazzo bathroom. These two bedrooms have an interconnecting door, located between the dressing areas. The door can be locked or left open according to guest’s needs.

Kitchen
The state-of-the art service kitchen is fully equipped with everything that the staff need in order to prepare delicious meals. This expansive and impressive kitchen is also a professional facility for outside caterers to prepare lavish feasts for weddings, parties and special functions.

Garden, Pool & Sunset Viewing Deck
The garden of the villa is dominated by a 20 x 5 metre lap pool, with a waterfall at one end. There is also a children’s pool fed by water spouts. Soothed by the sound of the waterfall, there’s also an enchanting area for chilling out with a cocktail at sunset enhanced by beautiful views of the Indian Ocean. Underneath the deck is another relaxation area, which is also suitable for al fresco dining, and furnished with sofas, a dining table and bench seats.

Rooftop verandah
A spiral staircase extends from the living room verandah up to a unique chill-out area located at roof level. The view from here, of Bali’s dramatic coastline stretching all the way down to Uluwatu, is spectacular.

Living & Dining Room
The magnificent Living & Dining Room is the central focus of the villa; it is accessed by a grand flight of stone steps leading up from the pool terrace. Sliding glass doors open onto a verandah with a gorgeous ocean view with cool sea breezes accompanied by the melodious sound of the waves. The living area is on the seaward side of the room, furnished with a large square dining table that comfortably seats twelve, a long sofa, scatter cushions, ottomans, a coffee table, complete with a TV, DVD player and quality sound system. More doors at the opposite end of the living and dining room lead out onto a large U-shaped stone deck, which wraps itself around the far side of the villa, more than doubling the space of the living and dining area, thereby making it a perfect venue for parties. This cool veranda is furnished with a circular table and chairs, ideal for casual alfresco dining.

Guests at Villa Canggu are invited to enjoy the facilities and full benefits of The Canggu Club for the duration of their stay.
The Canggu Club, which is located nearby offers a complete club experience with facilities for socializing, dining, sport and recreation for all the family. The Club has a number of sporting facilities including a professionally floodlit sports field, a tennis and squash centre, state of the art gym and aerobics centre.
The club’s comfortable and relaxing environment is the perfect venue for socializing and entertaining with The Pandan Terrace Restaurant, Players Café, The Poolside Café, Tapper’s Club, Library and Pool Room catering to all occasions.

Low Season : January 11th to June 30th (excludes easter period and Chinese new year), September 16th to December 19th
High Season : July 1st to July 31st, September 1st to September 15th, Easter period and Chinese New Year
Peak Season : August 1st to August 31st, December 20th to January 10th

 

Currency : US$ Dollar
- All rates include full breakfasts and return airport transfers.
- Payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate, in accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations

 

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation,
and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit
from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining
balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

 

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

 

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival
(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival
(or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
