Villa Infinity Location

Villa Infinity Bali has a spectacular location bordered by rice terraces and meditative river. It is the only villa in Bali with unobstructed infinity views over rice terraces and mountains.

Villa Infinity Bali is hidden away in the charming Balinese village Pererenan that is part of Canggu which is considered the high end living area of Bali.
It is 5 minutes to the popular Greg Norman designed “Bali Nirvana Golf Course” ( recently voted as one of the top ten golf courses in the world ) and 5 minutes walk to get the “Canggu beach” known as one of the most famous surfing beaches in the world with its legendary sunsets is only one kilometer away from the villa.

Villa Infinity Rooms

Bedroom 1 (Mater Suite)
This very spacious and luxurious Master Suite Bedroom is located in a one storey pavilion with very high ceilings.
You can enjoy a king-sized bed, a very spacious dressing area, a wide terrazzo rain shower, an open-air bath surrounded with lotus ponds and a separate toilet. You can use a beautiful wooden desk with a computer and enjoy fantastic contemporary art or take a break in the lounging seat overlooking the green infinity views.

Bedroom 2
This is the first of 2 luxurious bedrooms located in the very spacious pavilion near by the river. It is very similar to bedroom 3 and has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom.
There are high ceilings and white-washed wooden floorings. The bathroom has a dressing, a spacious rain shower and  an open-air bath.

Bedroom 3
This is the second of 2 luxurious bedrooms located in the very spacious pavilion near by the river. It is very similar to bedroom 2 and has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom.
There are high ceilings and white-washed wooden floorings. The bathroom has a dressing, a spacious rain shower, an open-air bath and there is a window with an unobstructed infinity view over Bali's rice terraces.

Bedroom 4 (Luxurious Master Bedroom)
This very spacious and luxurious Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom. Between the bedroom and the bathroom there is a wide dressing.
The open-air bathroom has beautiful whitewashed wooden floorings and contains a shower, a terrazzo build in open-air bath and a separate toilet.
You find great contemporary art and a relaxing lounge area in this superb luxurious room.

Bedroom 5 (Luxurious Duplex Bedroom)
This luxurious Bedroom has a king-sized bed positioned closer to the high ceiling overlooking the living area downstairs. This living area can also be transformed into a place where your children can sleep if necessary so you can have some privacy upstairs while supervising the children downstairs. Downstairs is a living area with a great lounging sofa and build in closets. The open-air bathroom has beautiful whitewashed wooden floorings and contains an open-air shower, a terrazzo build in open-air bath and a separate toilet.

Bedroom 6
This luxurious Bedroom has a king-sized  bed with en-suite bathroom. The open-air bathroom has beautiful whitewashed wooden floorings and contains an open-air shower, a terrazzo open-air bath and separate toilet.
You find great contemporary art and furniture in this superb luxury room.

Bedroom 7 (Romantic Bedroom)
The wooden pavilion at the meditative river houses this romantic and charming bedroom.
It is perfect for couples or younger people who wants to enjoy Balinese beauty. It has a king-sized bed with a shower and separate toilet. This smaller bedroom has a unique atmosphere.

Bedroom 8
This very spacious bedroom is nestled into the bigger pavilion which houses the dining room and kitchen.
The bedroom has 6 bunk beds for 12 people to enjoy Villa Infinity Bali.
Children can sleep all together watched by nannies. Guests from events or weddings don't have to look for accommodation around the villa as they can stay in Villa Infinity Bali for the night and enjoy all the facilities.
There is a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and 12 lockers.

Villa Infinity Terms

All rates above are per night and subject to 10% tax (VAT) and 5% service charge

All rates above is Inclusive:
- Airport transfer
- Daily breakfast
- Laundry (not dry cleaning)
- 24 hours security
- Internet connection
- Fully staff: maids, chef and house manager
- Car & driver (7 seats car) for 8 hrs a day exclude petrol.

Seasonal periods:
- Low Seasons: January 11th - June 30th (excluding Easter/Chinese new year), September 16th - December 20th
- High Seasons: July 1st - July 31st, September 15th, Easter week, Chinese new year
- Peak Seasons: August 1st - 31st, December 21st 2009 - January 10th 2010.

Minimum stay requirements
Low season: 3 nights
High season : 7 nights
Peak season : 10 nights

Booking procedures:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa
within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation
has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival
(or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- If a deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be not
materialized
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival),
full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- All payment must be made in US Dollars

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full, less USD 550.00 if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event of reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

LIABILITY:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of
liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.

Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observed of the villa capacity policy. Villa Infinity has 8 bedrooms that mean maximum of occupancy is up to 16 persons and ideal 2 persons in each bedroom, but if you wish to have additional guests or hold a function at the villa then we must get informed in advance otherwise the villa will not accepted the booking without prior confirmation.
