Villa Jago is located on the calm and traditional area of Canguu, right on the beach of Pantai Berawa: 10-15 minutes from the bustling Oberoi/Seminiak where you can find international restaurants, trendy bars, cozy boutiques and Spas. Just 5 minutes away from the many amenities of the Canguu Club and if you continue down to the coast, the Greg Norman designed Nirwana golf course at the Meridian Hotel close to Tanah Lot. Ngurah Rai International Airport is 30 minutes drive away.

Accomodation and facilities include three air-conditioned master bedrooms with "ensuite" bathrooms with large walk in wardrobes, one kid's air-conditioined bedroom, a 2 by 2 meter jacuzzi in a private terrace, two public toilets, a TV air-conditioned room, a stand alone air-conditioned gym, a 20 meter infinity pool and surrounding landscaped garden, an open and closed living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. Eighteen professional speakers provide sound in the living room, terrace, lounge sofa area and pool deck. Satellite TV and WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. An automatic water softener system provides pure and clean water.

Staffs:
A full and professional staff includes: a villa manager, three housekeepers/cookers, two gardeners and three security men; every care has been taken to create a memorable vacation for you. Also available on request: car, motorbike, driver, chef, baby-sitter, personal trainer, horse-riding on the beach and tour guide.

Villa Jago Terms

All rates above include the use of the entire villa, staff and a 15% for taxes (10% VAT & 5% service)

Seasonal Period:
Low Seasons: jan 9 - jun 30, sept 16 - dec 19
High Seasons: july 1 - 31, september 1 - 15, easter week, chinese new year
Peak Seasons: august 1 - 31, december 20 - january 8.

Additional benefits included on the rates above:
- one time round trip Airport transfer
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- fully staff: maids, cleaning service, pool attendance and house manager

- Gym facilities.

Check-in & Check-out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.

Booking precedures:
- A deposit of 50% from the rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has ben sent.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
