Villa Pantai Lima Estate is a 1.6 hectare, 5-villa property right on the water’s edge at Pererenan - Canggu, 25 minutes north of Seminyak. This is no ordinary estate. Each of the villas is completely different architecturally one from another. What’s more, each individual villa is truly vast and spacious, with a large garden, generous private swimming pool and lush tropical vegetation with mature palms.

Common areas include a tennis court with night lights, a multi-media room with HD projection system, and a well-equipped gym.

Villa Waringin (6 bedroom)
This 6-bedroom villa and has a 30m beach frontage. That means interrupted sea views. The villas fixtures and fitting are of the highest international standard. It features a 100sqm swimming pool. There is a 12sqm children’s paddling pool, and a Jacuzzi large enough for six adults.

Villa Melissa (5 bedroom)
Like all villas in the estate, Villa Melissa opens out directly on to the beach. Each of the five bedrooms has a balcony with a sea views. Living areas also let you enjoy direct ocean vistas. Villa Melissa has the largest pool in the estate – 108sqm. King size beds are standard throughout.

Villa Sound of the Sea (5 bedroom)
It is less than 50m from this villa’s garden to the water’s edge. Individually designed Sound of the Sea has five very spacious bedrooms, four with balconies. It’s superbly furnished and finished. Spacious living areas have terrific sea views. There is a 100sqm swimming pool, a 20sqm children’s which is 60cm at its deepest point, and a Jacuzzi for 6 people.

Villa Ambra (5 bedroom)
Completely different in style and design Villa Ambra has unimpeded sea views at the front and charming rice paddy views to the rear.
Each of Villa Ambra’s five bedrooms has a balcony. One bedroom has its own spa. There is a secluded 100sqm pool, a 25sqm children’s pool, and a large Jacuzzi designed for eight adults.

Villa Mary (5 bedroom)
Uninterrupted Ocean, river and rice field views. Five bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. There is secluded 100sqm pool, an 11 sqm children’s pool, and a Jacuzzi large enough for six people.

Villa rental prices are subject to 15.5% government tax and service charge

The rates above are included:
- Fruit basket in each occupied bedroom
- Flower arrangements in each occupied bedroom

- Private use of car and driver 10 hours daily (exclusive petrol)
- One time return transfer from Airport to the villa

Break down seasons:
Low season: 09 January – 31 March (except Chinese new year & Easter weeks), 16 October - 19 December
High season: 01 April – 31 July, 01 September - 15 October, Chinese new year & Easter weeks
Peak season: 01 – 31 August, 20 December – 08 January

Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.

Minimum stay requested:
Low season: 4 nights
High season: 7 nights
Peak season: 7 nights
Please note that all Food and Beverage are charged at cost except for premium wines.
To ensure serve the villa a 50% deposit is required due to scure and permanently the booking

VILLA CAPACITY
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: five bedroom maximum occupancy is 10 persons, the four bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 8 persons. The six bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 12 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

THE VILLA BOOKING PROCEDURES:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation,
and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit
from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining
balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival
(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival
(or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
