Set on the 4000 m2 of land, Villa Pondok Damai is absolutely a home in the tropical landscaping. Entering the villa, the staff area is set in adjacent to the covered parking area which accommodates 3 cars. A wide Javanese-style door from the parking area leads to the vast verdant garden where two buildings are set.

The first building is the Guest House consisting of two comfortable bedrooms: a double bedroom on the left side and a twin bedroom on the right side each with en suite bathroom. A living area is in the middle of the two bedrooms completed with stylish furniture and featuring a bar and a small kitchen. A generous terrace is enlarging the building and facing the swimming pool.

Further, the Main House is featuring a two level building situated on the side of the large swimming pool. At the center on the ground floor the living and dinning area are spacious, ornated with some extraordinary artworks and completed with a fully equipped kitchen set on the left side. Tidy and comfortable, two bedrooms including en suite bathroom are also located on this floor completed with a fine selection of furniture and decoration. Stepping up, the first floor offers one bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace offering a breathtaking view of the villa and surrounding further to the vast rice field around.

As well as the first building, a generous terrace is enlarging the building and facing the swimming pool.

Villa Pondok Damai Terms

The rates above are subject 15% to government tax and service charge.

Rates above are inclusive of:
- One time return transfer from Airport to the villa
- Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival
- Daily full breakfast (at your choice of American or Continental)
- Daily car and driver for 10 hours daily(excluded petrol).
- Butler service, maids, cook and house manager.

Seasonal Periods:
Low Season: January 9 to July 14, September 16 to December 14
High Season: July 15 to July 31, September 1 to September 15, Easter week And Chinese New Year Period
Peak Season: August 1 - 31, December 15 - January 8 (Christmas & New Year Period)

Minimum Stay required:
Low Season: 3 nights
High Season: 7 nights
Peak Season: 10 nights

Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5)
working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the client.
- All payment must be made in US Dollars.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- If a deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be not materialized
- Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or
immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of
Christmas/New Years bookings).
- In the event of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within
two (5) working days, or on arrival, if less than five (5) working days, whichever comes first.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival),
full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full,less 25% of the total rental fee with a maximum of 1000 USD,
if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival
(91 days for High and Peak Season bookings).
- In the event of reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be non-refundable.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

Liability:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of
liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.

Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observed of the villa capacity policy.
Villa Pondok Damai has 5 bedrooms that mean maximum of occupancy
is up to 10 persons and ideally 2 person in each bedroom, but if you wish to have
additional guests or usage a function venue at the villa then we must get informed
in advance otherwise the villa will not accepted the booking without prior confirmation.
