The villa constructed of entirely organic materials, the first of it's kind, and is a labour of love designed and created by its Italian owner. Suitable for families, honeymooners or perhaps an artist or writer looking for tranquility and inspiration, this serene fully air conditioned 3-bedroom villa, can accommodate up to seven people, additional person will be charged for extra bed.

There are three bedrooms at Puri Sejuk including a self-contained guest pavilion beside the pool. A solid spiral staircase fashioned from merbau wood, leads to the :deck of the ship", an enchanting upstairs lounge room boasting 180 degree of windows to generate a sense of open air living. This is a wonderful spot for enjoying the sunsets, with comfortable cushioned sofas positioned to the best advantage. Indeed the vista from here is truly awe-inspiring; a spectacular panorama of rice fields, volcanoes, coconut trees, beach, Indian Ocean and dramatic coastline all the way down to Uluwatu on Bali southern -most trip.

Villa Puri Sejuk Bali Services Facilities
Villa Puri Sejuk Bali is fully serviced by:- House Manager - Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay
-Housekeeper/Cook - Responsible for housekeeping duties, daily laundry, preparation of meals and market shopping. There is a small fee for using the chef
- Gardener - Tending the garden and the grounds of the villa, and cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool
- Security guard - Patrols the grounds and guards the entrance of the villa from dusk to dawn ensuring the security of the guests

Villa Puri Sejuk Bali is well suited for parties and barbeques and the beach is accessed via the garden. The ocean immediately in front of the property is safe for swimming and canoeing, and canoes are available for use. Further down the beach is dangerous for swimming but renowned for its world class surf breaks. The flat quiet country roads are ideal for bicycling and five pushbikes are available. A car and driver is also available for excursions.

High & Peak Season Periods
Low season : January 10 to June 30, excl Chinese New year and Easter; 15 September to 20 December.
High season : Easter week, Chinese new year, July, September 1 to 15.
Peak season : August 01 - 31, December 20 – January 10.
Minimum Stay Required:
Minimum stay in low season: 5 nights
Minimum stay in high season: 7 nights
Minimum stay in peak season: 10 nights
Check in time: 14:00
Check out time: 11:00
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case basis.
- The price includes continental breakfast with fresh from the oven pastries, imported tea and coffe and a wide selection of fresh fruits and fruit juices.
- The Villa can provide a car and driver with additional nominal fees.
The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
