Entering the villa, the staff quarter is set on the corner of a large covered parking separated from the villa area. Stepping ahead, a traditional Balinese gate and 'Palimanan' stair leads down to the villa to reach a first opened sitting area. From here the visitor can appreciate the perspective of the villa with the infinity pool ending in the Indian Ocean.

Separated by an isle with a water fountain, each of the first two buildings is featuring one bedroom nicely set in cottage style each with private entrance. On the right side, the Jacuzzi Suite is featuring a private garden with a wall fountain and outdoor shower, the bedroom with en suite bathroom including bath tub, toilet and two basins, a walking dressing and a private Jacuzzi accessible directly from the bedroom. On the left side the Studio suite is featuring different gardens, one with out door shower, a very large bathroom including bath tub, toilet and two basins, two walk in dressing and studio room with private entrance and direct access to the bathroom which could be change into an extra bedroom. The main two storey building overlooking the over flow swimming pool, the tropical garden and the Indian Ocean is featuring on the ground floor an open air living area divided into living, dining, pool sitting, a close media room set on the backside offering large flat TV screen completed with comfortable seating and a well equipped kitchen.

The upper level features two other bedrooms facing the sea separated by an open space library. Each bedrooms suite features a large balcony, a dressing and a bathroom with showers, bath tub, toilet and two basins.

In the lower garden close to the sea, a rounded shape large Jacuzzi is discreetly set with a wooden deck to relax facing the Indian Ocean.

Each part of the villa are carefully designed and completed with fine selection of furniture and traditional artworks. The other facilities such as wireless internet access, Bose indoor and outdoor sound system... and the dedicated full service are provided to ensure a memorable stay at Villa Sankara Bali.

Villa Sankara Rates

Villa Sankara Terms

Rates above are quoted in daily basis in US Dollars and subject 10% to government tax and 5% service charge.

Rates above are inclusive of:
- Airport transfer service
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- daily Air-conditioned car with driver for 8 hours including fuel
- complimentary afternoon tea served in the villa
- wireless internet connection
- in-house laundry
- full staff including a private chef

Villa condition & requirements:
- Maximum occupancy: 10 persons
- Special events at Villa Sankara must be authorised by the villa management.
- At your service, a full time site manager who supervisers twelve trained staff including housekeepers, cook, gardeners, maintenance and 24 hour security.

Term and Booking Condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings
. - The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa
. - For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing
. - Final payments are non-refundable

- The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any persons whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent.

High Season :
Jul 01 – Jul 31 and Sept 01 – Sept 15
Peak Season :
Aug 01 – Aug 31 and Des 20 – Jan 08

Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility.
