Villa Shalimar is the perfect location for parties, weddings and other larger events, but also for a relaxing and overwhelming luxurious holiday stay for larger groups.

Shalimar, which means nest of love, comprises the 6 bedroom villa KALIMA, the 4 bedroom villa MAKANDA, and the 2 bedroom CANTIK. You may rent any one of the villas on a individual basis or you may choose a combination or large groups may wish to rent the whole complex with its total of 12 bedrooms, accommodating twenty four guests.

Located on the beach of Pantai Seseh; Shalimar has an astonishing view over the surrounding rice fields and the ocean. This large and luxurious complex offers three individual homes with 6, 4, and 2 bedrooms directly on the beach. A name and location never to forget.

Villa Shalimar Location

The Villa Shalimar located on the stunning beach of Seseh just next side from quiet beach of Canggu. Only 30 minutes from the many popular Restaurants and shopping centre of Kuta - Seminyak, for the best Golf in Asia is Bali Nirwana Golf Club get less than 10 minutes away, from Denpasar International Airport is only 45 minutes.

Villa Shalimar Rooms

Each home consists of the main house with a large open lounge area connected to the kitchen and the open wooden veranda in the front that leads directly to the pool. The house is 2 storey’s high and it has got an excellent all-around view over the rice paddies in the back and frontal ocean front in the front. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms as separate bungalows attached to the main house. Each house has its own large pool with relaxing beds in the pool.

4 AC bedrooms positioned over two different level, All bedrooms have large bathrooms and all bathrooms have shower and bath tubs. A private swimming pool of 9x20 meters with 1.40 depth at the deepest end. Large open living and dining area (sits 12). Fully equipped open kitchen(meals are prepared at the back house where there is a complete profesional kitchen). Plasma TV of 32 inch screen, DVD player, i-pod handler, and stereo installation. wireless internet connection.

Villa Cantik
2 AC bedrooms positioned over one level, Open air living area and kitchen fully equipped. A prive swimming pool of 7x9 meters. Large bathrooms and 2 shower in each bathroom. Fully equipped open kitchen (meals are prepared at the back house where there is a complete professional kitchen). Plasma TV of 20 inch screen, DVD player, i-pod holder, and stereo installation.

Villa Kalima
6 AC bedrooms positioned over three different levels. All bedrooms have large bathrooms. Downstairs the bedrooms have showers and all other bathrooms have shower and bath tub. A private swimming pool of 9x20 meters with 1.40 depth at the deepest end. In the pool a wooden table at the shallow part of the pool with sun umbrella. Three relaxation beds built-in within the pool. Large open air living and dining area (sits 12). Fully equipped open kithcen (meals are prepared at the back-house whre there is a complete professional kitchen), i-pod holders, and stereo installation.

Note :

- The rates above is subject 10% to Government tax.

- The rates quoted are per night per villa.

The prices are includes of:

- Welcome shopping for arrival

- Welcome drinks & cold towels upon arrival

- Welcome dinner or lunch

- Staffs, Chef, cleaning service, and room maids

- Internet connection

- Other facilities in Shalimar villas

Break down seasons:

Low season : Jan 10 to June 30, Sept 15 to Dec 20

High season: Easter week, Chinese new year, July 1 - 31, September 1 to 15.

Peak season: August 1 to 31, December 20 to January 10(Christmas and new year).

Check-in/Check-out:

- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.

- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.

Minimum stay requested:

Low season: 3 nights

High season: 7 nights

Peak season: 10 nights

VILLA CAPACITY

We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: two bedroom maximum occupancy is 4 persons, the four bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 8 persons. The six bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 12 persons. If you wish to have additional guests or function at the villa we must get informed in advance otherwise the booking will not accepted without confirmation.

THE VILLA BOOKING PROCEDURES:

- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.

- The payment should be in US Dollars

- Payment must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant

invoice has been sent otherwise the booking might not materialized.

- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.

- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa (within 30 days for

Low season, 45 days in High Season and 61 days in Peak Season booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- When the cancellation occurs between 60 days prior arrival a cancellation fee of 75% from the total amount will be charged.

- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.

- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing.

- When the cancellation occurs within 30 days prior arrival, the full amount is required from the booking value.

For events in Shalimar the following surcharges will apply:

- for the day of the event is required to book entire villas and there will be extra fee of one night rate plus extra costing like community / banjar fee ect.

Banjar fee = IDR 1,000,000 ( for up to 100 persons )

Pecalang fee = IDR 1,000,000 ( 10 person )

Rain Stopper = IDR 1,800,000 incl offering upon request

Report to Polres = IDR 500,000

- Also for events the following deposits are requested

under 20 guests : USD 500

between 20 and 50 guests : USD 1000

between 50 and 100 guests : USD 1500

100 guests or more : to be discussed.

- Shalimar has no generator back-up.

LIABILITY:

- The Villa will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of the property, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, and exceptional weather conditions. Further, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, car, and its contents of the hirer or any member of the party during the holiday.
