Villa Tamu Seseh Bali began as a dream, but became a reality. Set amidst lush rice fields that envelope a remote beach and Balinese fishing village. Its design and architecture seamlessly blend local character with state-of-the-art pleasures. Living spaces are open pavilions, bedrooms are cool retreats and the bathroom is set within a growing garden.

Located on Seseh beach, Canggu, only 1 hour from Denpasar Airport, 10 minutes to the famous Tanah Lot Temple.

Villa Tamu Seseh Rooms

Villa Tamu Seseh is a one-bedroom villa comprised of a semi-open air living and dining pavilion leading into a bedroom complete with an en-suite garden bathroom. The villa also boasts an elevated relaxation pavilion and a swimming pool.

The villa is entered via a set of double antique doors leading from a small courtyard. Here, two Balinese statues rest in a serene lotus pond, with three trickling water spouts.

The living and dining pavilion is open on three sides and features a soaring ‘alang alang’ thatched roof supported by coconut wood pillars above a cream terrazzo floor. Ceiling fans and gentle breezes keep this area cool; it is tastefully furnished with a cushioned sofa, chairs, and a circular table created from a mosaic of white coconut shell. The pavilion also integrates an open-plan kitchenette, for the use of the guests on those occasions when they might not require waiter/waitress service from the main Tamu Seseh service-kitchen. The kitchenette is located behind a terrazzo bar and is complete with a gas hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Inside the fitted cupboards, guests will also find a stereo CD/cassette player.

Villa Staff
• One full-time house manager. Oversees and co-ordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay.
• Two cooks. Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided and the staff will do all the market shopping.
• Three Housekeepers. Responsible for housekeeping duties, waitress service around the villa and garden, and taking care of daily laundry
• Three security guards. Duties are to guard the complex 24 hours a day to ensure the security of the guests.
• Two Gardener. Tending the garden and the grounds of the villas, and cleaning and maintaining the swimming pools.

Villa Tamu Seseh Terms

The above rates are inclusive 10% service charge & 11% Goverment tax.

Prices include relevant tax and service charges, two-way airport transfers, welcome drink on arrival, welcome tropical fruit basket, daily Continental or Balinese breakfast and unlimited complimentary bottled water.

Seasonal Period:
LOW : 08 April 2010 – 14 July 2010, 16 September 2010 – 19 December 2010, 9 January 2011 – 01 February 2011, 09 February 2011 – 31 March 2011.
HIGH : 01 – 07 April 2010 (Easter), 15 – 31 July 2010, 01 – 15 September 2010, 02 – 08 February 2011 (Chinese New Year).
PEAK : 01 – 31 August 2011, 20 December 2010 – 08 January 2011

Extra bed is available at an additional US$35 per night inclusive of continental breakfast. Accommodation is free of charge under 12 years old, if using existing bedding.

Minimum Stay:
Low season: 5 nights
High season: 7 nights
Peak season: 7 nights

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.

Cancellation Policy:
1.Notice of cancellation must be received by villa in writing by
fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season,
45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings.
2.Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled
61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3.In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the
deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.
4. Final Payments are non-refundable.
