Both villas is connecting private villas are thatched roofed with open living/dining with pool view and outdoor area are planted with flowering shcrubs and tropical plants.

 

This villa has 4,335 M2 of land, beachfront, and riverside adjoin in two units of connecting private villas which is in first unit consist of 3 bedrooms villa, the second unit with independent 2 bedrooms and both villas be able to be 5 bedroom into one private area, which is each room has king size bed, and each unit has private swiming pool, kitchen, and fully staff as buttler service treatments.

 

As a private accomodation ideally this villa be convenient to book either 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, or both villas as a 5 bedrooms to be one private area for large group.

Villa Teresa Location

Villa Teresa located is stretching on the quiet beach of Canggu Village. Nestled in between Canggu surfing beach, rice field and coconut trees.

Villa Teresa is only 20 minutes by car away from the lively shopping area of Kuta, 15 minutes to get famous Seminyak restaurant area such as Kudeta and La lucciola, for anothers 10 minutes away to International Nirwana Bali Golf and Tanah Lot Temple for spectacular to see the sunset.

Villa Teresa Rooms

The 3 bedrooms villa is set on 3,000 sqm land. When you enter the private villas, you will find beautiful lotus fish pond and large modern kitchen with full amenities and adjacent is a two storey main building where the open dining room with 12 seats and can be roll-up to be 4 seats, open lounge situated overlooking to the garden and large private pool (size 5 X 15 meters), from the dining there is a stairway to lead you up to the second air-condition lounge (Cognac room) with sofa, daybed and a balcony that overlooks to the garden, swimming pool, the river side of the villa and the ocean to see a wonderful sunset. The Cognac room is surrounded by glass windows for spectacular views.

The Master bedroom has a four-poster king size bed with AC, mosquito net, in-room safe deposit box, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD, DVD, and connected to the bedroom is a walk in dressing area / wardrobe with spacious deluxe bathroom with large bathtub (cold & hot water) and to the side of the bedroom is a balcony overlooking the river a longside the property and the ocean.

Japanese Style Bedroom (2nd Bedroom)
Safe deposit box, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD, DVD, and connected to the bedroom is a walk in dressing area / wardrobe with deluxe bathroom, large terrazzo bathtub, beside outdoor shower (cold & hot water), there is lily pond and to the side of the bedroom is a balcony overlooking to the river.

Balinese Style Bedroom (3rd bedroom)
A four-poster queen size bed with AC , mosquito net, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD, DVD and connected to bedroom is a walk in dressing area / wardrobe with deluxe bathroom, large terrazzo bathtub, outdoor shower (cold & hot water) and garden in the bathroom. In front of the bedroom entrance is a wooden balcony overlooking the main pool and garden area.

The two bedroom villas are set on 1.600 sqm of manicured land. The Villas consist of 2 Balinese thatced roof buildings. The main building is a two storey structure with large, modern kitchen, open plan living and dining rooms overlooking the pool, gardens, rice fields and river setting.

Balinese Style Bedroom
The second building is a single pavilion with Balinese style bedroom, king size bed, has AC, mosquito net, DVD and connected to bedroom is a dressing area with large bathroom, terrazzo bathtub and outdoor shower with hot & cold water.

To one side of bedroom is a wooden floored balcony with coffee table, overlooking the river and garden area. The lap swimming pool ( shallow to end ) size 4 X 12 meters located between the two buildings. Also you can compare with our 3 bedrooms villa

Twin Bedroom
Be able to modify to be double king size bedroom. The bedroom has a twin bed ( 120 X 200 each bed ) which is adjustable to a double king sized bed upon request and has AC, mosquito net, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD. and connected to bedroom is a dressing area with large modern bathroom with terrazzo bathtub, shower with hot and cold water.

Our spacious kitchens offer you an Indonesian cooking class taught by our traditionally trained Balinese chef. Our kitchen staff will provide with delicious carefully prepared meals that, are on average, 80 percent lower than price charged in the large hotels on the island. Where the staff is at your disposal 24 hours a day for your every need and we trust you will depart with wonderful memories of your stay at our resort villas.

Our dining room accomodates up to maximum of 12 persons. The area can be re-configured into 4 separate tables depending upon the quest preferences. It is a romantic setting that overlooks the main pool and the lily pond. A fully equipped BBQ area is situated at the beach end of the property, a great place to cook seafood or lobster purchased from the local fishermen earlier in the day.

Next to the main swimming pool is private massage deck with 2 beds, and overlooking to the river side, when laying down you will listen the wave of the ocean.

Gazebos (resting platforms) are scattered throughout the property for those wishing for private relaxation and contemplation. Your choice of open air lounges, glazed TV lounge with air-conditioning or simple Gazebos gives you a variety of places to relax with your family and friends.

LOW SEASON: January 20 - June 30, September 01 - December 19
HIGH SEASON: July 01 - August 31
PEAK SEASON: December 20 - January 19

- Above rates are per night.
- An extra bed is available limit one per room at US$ 50 per night.
- In private stay can be booked either 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom and be able to combine as 5
bedroom in one compound.
- All above prices , tax & service, transfer in/out from or to International Airport are inclusive.
- During Christmas and New Year period is required to book entire villa bedrooms.

VILLA CAPACITY
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 people. The three bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 people and 10 peoples of occupancy for whole villa bedrooms. If you wish to have additional guests must be informed in advance.

Terms and Condition
1. To secure the booking we require your written e-mail or fax as confirmation to reserve the Villa, and then we will send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay. For the booking that are cancelled within 60 days or more before arrival, the deposit has been received will returned at 50% but less US$ 100 for bank return transfer fee and administration handling charge.
2. We can hold inquiry for only 7 working days from the date you have booking finalized, as after 7 days we have not received your deposit, regret the booking will released automatically.
3. The payment can be made either by Bank telegraphic transfer in US$ or Rupiahs base on the currency conditions at time of payment.
4. Villa check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00 noon . However if the availability allows, we will try our best to accommodate your check-in/check-out as close to your flight schedule as possible.
5. A maximum number of Villa guest’s occupancy applies depending on the size of the Villa.
6. Payment by credit card debit authorization is also available by Visa and Master Card only, then will apply 3% has just Bank administration.
7. The balances of payment are able to settle upon arrival at the Villa, once the balance payment has received will non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
1. For the booking that are cancelled within 60 days or more before arrival, the deposit has been received will returned at 50% but less US$ 100 for bank return transfer fee and administration handling charge.
2. For the booking that are cancelled within 30 days or less before arrival, the deposit will non-refundable.

 

Minimum rental period
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

Nestled in between Canggu surfing beach, rice field and coconut trees. 35 minutes from International Airport - Denpasar, is 10 minutes to get International Nirwana Bali Golf Club, and 15 minutes to Seminyak shopping area. The International Surfing Club and Echo Beach restaurant at Canggu is 5 minutes away and only 7 minutes to get the Canggu Club House.
