Size: 3000 or 2000 sqm of land with 400 sqm Balinese style pavilion with large lush tropical garden and spacious lotus pond. Air-conditioned 3 bedrooms fully furnished with high quality handmade solid wood furniture. Spacious bathroom and Balinese bath garden with natural toiletries and aromatic bath salt. IDD telephone, facsimile and computer modem outlet.

Satellite TV, CD-VCD-LD player, refrigerator, and in room safe deposit box. Selected boutique tableware and cutlery, imported bedding and 100% cotton linens and towels.

Beachfront Villas
Each luxurious beach front villa has a 3.000 m2 land with a 400 m2 Balinese style pavilion, with a large lush tropical garden and lotus pond. Every room has its own private terrace with a magnificent view of the garden and ocean.

Villa Hanani Terms

Note :

- Rates above are quoted in US Dollars per night per 1 units.
- Rate quoted are inclusive of 21% to government tax and service charge.

Minimum Stay
minimum stay of 3 nights. For stay less than 3 nights, high season surcharge is applicable.

Check out time
The rate is including late check out time on departure day.

Surcharge fee period
High season months : Aug 01 – 31 & Dece 20 – Jan 06

Family Plan
One child under 12 years old sharing the same bed with parent is Free of charge. When extra bed is required, an additional extra bed rate is applied. Only one extra bed can be accommodated in each bedroom. No triple adult share is allowed.

Deposit & Cancellation
To hold a reservation, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days from the reservation date placed.
One night cancellation charge will be applied for reservation cancelled within 30 days before arrival date, and 2 nights charge for cancellation within 14 days before arrival date.

This policy does not apply for high season months, when cancellation is made within 21 days prior to arrival date, all deposit paid is to cover cancellation charge

Term of payment
50 % deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the balance of charges to be settled by 7 days prior to guest arrival. No Credit Facilities available. Payment instruction will be specified on each invoice.
