Villa Sumatra is designed from an authentic old Sumatran wood house which has been restored and decorated constituting the amazing master bedroom on the top of the main building. The rest is more modern but include local materials and decoration such as coconut and teak wood, tadalak, terracotta and stones. The tropical garden surrounded on one side by a river comprises a large traditional gazebo, a 14 meter long salt water system swimming pool. This unique villa offers to the guests plenty of different places to enjoy their holidays with large and comfortable common areas as well as smaller other spots to propose more privacy.

This 500 m2 building nestled on 1400 m2 tropical garden features a main building with downstairs, a huge living area, a TV room with a large TV screen, a well equipped kitchen, an open space dinning room, a bedroom and a mid open air bathroom. Upstairs in the traditional renovated Sumatra house a large and amazing master bedroom and its ensuite bathroom offer a large space area designed as a pure loft.

On one side of the swimming pool two guests' bedrooms and their ensuite bathrooms are all equipped as the other bedrooms with A/C, stereo, TV, DVD, water dispenser, mini fridge and safety box.

A 35 m2 traditional Gazebo designed and furnished for relaxation, Yoga or meditation is overlooking the river.

The 2 bedrooms and their private open air en suite bathroom are located adjoining with the living area. On the other side of the pool, two independent buildings are featuring the two guests bedrooms and their en suite open air bathroom.

All bedrooms area equipped as the other bedrooms with A/C, stereo, TV, DVD, and safety box.

Staff

The staff has been trained to serve you in comfort and elegance. In this Villa Complex (Villa Sumatra, Villa Sumba, Villa Nomade) is fully serviced by:

• 1 Manager; oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist the guest during their stay.
• 2 Cook; know how to shop for premium quality produce and all meals are provided to you at cost, naturally Indonesian cuisine is a specialty and we have a wide selection of delicious choice.
• 3 Gardener & Pool Attendant; tending the garden and the grounds of the villa ensuring all the facilities of the villa run smoothly during your visit.
• 4 Room Maid; taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and building of the property and responsible for all housekeeping duties.
• 4 Security; patrol the ground and guard the entrance of the villa from dusk to dawn ensuring your security

Sumatra Villa Bali Terms

Seasonal period:
Low Season: January 10 - June 30, September 01 to December 09.
Minimum stay : 5 nights
High Season: July 1 - July 30, December 10 - December 19, (easter week and Chinese New Year week). Minimum stay : 7 nights
Peak Season : August 01 - 31, December 20 - January 09, (Christmas & New year period.)
Minimum stay : 10 nights.

Inclusion
- Tropical fruit welcome drink on arrival
- Complimentary mineral water (1 gallon)
- Daily breakfast on the villa
- Chef service
- Laundry service (4 pcs) per bedroom per day
- Internet connection (WI-FI).
- One time return transfer in/out from Airport to the villa
- free roll-away bed upon request.

Minimum stay required:
- Low Season : 3 nights
- High Season : 7 nights
- Peak Season : 10 nights

Term and booking Condition:
- All rates are quoted in US dollars on nightly basis.
- Reservations are accepted by bank transfer or credit card ( accepted Master and Visa)
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required to secure the reservation.
- The outstanding balance should be settle prior arrival at 45 days for peak season and at 30 days for low season booking.
- For last minutes booking or less then a week prior arrival then payment be able to settle upon check-in at the villa (case by case basis).

Cancellation Policy:
- Notice of Cancellation should be 45 days
prior the check-in date and deposit is non refundable
- Rates do not include gratuities to staff members.
- Rates do not include telephone, food and beverages, car rental or driver.
- Surcharge may apply for the holding of a weeding, function, and party for more than 29 persons. Clients should be aware that these are private villas located in a residential area and as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated.

VILLA CAPACITY
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 3 bedroom maximum occupancy is 6 persons, 4 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests or function we must get informed in advance otherwise the booking will not accepted.
