1 Bedroom
Two different style of our one bed room villa which located on different location of the villa complex. Both of the style would suit your desire of privacy and convenience.

2 Bedrooms
There are two type of two bed room villa which are flat ground and duplex. Flat ground two bed room villa has king size bed in bed room which each has bath room and open shower. Duplex two bed room villa has one king size bed and two queen size bed. The only one of our duplex two bed room villa has two queen bed in each of bedroom. Our 2 different type of two bed room villa would suit family holiday need.

3 bedrooms
The only of our duplex three bed room villa has two king size bed and two queen size bed. This configuration would suit conveniently party of 6 or family of six in one compound with comfort and privacy.

The Bidadari Villas & Spa Rates

The Bidadari Villas & Spa Terms

- All rates above are subject 10% to government tax and service charge.
- For all bookings fall in new year periods is applied a compulsory Package : at US$ 85 net / person which can be taken during your stay. Inclusion of Compulsory Package namely : 1 X Candle Light Dinner in the villa and 1 X 2 hours spa treatment / person.

Extra bed is available upon request with additional charge at US$ 30 net/night per one extra bed include breakfast.

Seasonal Periods:
- High Seasons: 01 July - August 31, (Easter weeks)
- peak Seasons: 20 December - 06 January, Chinese New Year
- Low Season : rest of the months

Booking procedures:
- A deposit of 50% from the rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has been sent.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon check-in is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival date ( or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

Minimum stay requirements:
Low season : 3 nights
high season: 5 nights
Peak season: 7 nights

Villa Capacity:
The Villa are ideally to be occupied only two (2) persons in each bedroom. And if any additional guests should be inform in advance otherwise the booking might not be accepted without confirmation.

Children policy
The management only allow maximum two children under 12 years old share with parent bed room base on existing bed only. Breakfast for child at US$ 5 net/child/breakfast, extra bed inclusive breakfast at US$ 30 net/night
