Villa Asta is a peaceful, luxurious, 5-bedroom residence designed with the flexibility to accommodate groups of up to 10 adults, or 4 adults accompanied by up to 12 children or combinations thereof. With its sophisticated ambience, it is ideally suited for discerning groups of friends or families who want to experience the very best of Bali.

The Villa is nestled in the heart of the Batubelig area, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach on Bali's south-western coast, and just a few minutes' drive from the trendy Seminyak area, with its glamorous lifestyle and wide choice of top, internationally-acclaimed restaurants.

Bordered by rice fields, the setting is serene and beautiful, within a neighbourhood that is home to some of the most prestigious properties on the island. On a clear day, the vista is blessed with the magical sight of the mountains. The nearby beaches are renowned for their world-class surf breaks and panoramic coastline views. Batubelig Beach is quiet and peaceful, while Seminyak Beach is the playground of the rich and famous; the spot where the local and expatriate communities gather every evening to enjoy Bali's legendary sunsets. Seminyak boasts a plethora of chic cocktail bars, exciting nightclubs, sumptuous spas, fashionable boutiques and famous restaurants including ‘Ku Dé Ta', ‘Kafé Warisan', ‘Living Room', ‘Hu'u' and ‘La Lucciola'.

Villa Asta is located 25 minutes from the international airport, and is also convenient for all of the main shopping malls, Waterbom Park, and tourist attractions such as the dramatic and venerated Tanah Lot sea temple, perched on a craggy wave-lashed rock at the edge of the foaming white surf of the Indian Ocean.

Villa Asta Bali Rooms

Villa Asta was designed by the internationally-acclaimed architect, Guy Morgan, with sumptuous interiors and landscaping by Dean Kempnich. The property is entered through an ornately framed wooden doorway, behind which stands a Balinese Hindu feature known as the ‘aling aling' – a short screen wall devised to protect the property from troublesome and malign influences, because evil spirits have great difficulty in turning corners! A waterfall cascades into the pool producing a “glass like” view across the pool to the feature bale. This also has the effect of producing gasps of surprise and delight from the guests as they step past the wall and view the property for the first time. Boasting contemporary minimalist architecture and a tropical open-living concept with Balinese influences, Villa Asta is comprised of 4 separate living, dining and sleeping pavilions. The warm teak wood floors, richly grained coconut wood pillars, creamy white Palimanan stone terraces, cool marble fixtures, slate floors, and random rock walls form the dominant components, juxtaposed against koi (fish) ponds, water spouts and the natural greenery of Bali's exotic plants.

Master Bedroom Villa
The sleeping pavilion houses 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms, and a pool terrace. Each bedroom has a soaring thatched roof and is furnished with a canopied 4-poster king-size bed, a comfortable built-in window seat and is complete with a 29-inch plasma TV. Each is tastefully decorated with bold colours, rich fabrics and bright scatter cushions, local artwork and artefacts. Sliding glass doors lead into the private garden bathrooms, each one dominated by a splendid, oversized, marble bathtub as its central feature, and sheltered from the elements by the eaves of the roof. The plunge pool can be accessed by exterior bathrooms doors, thus avoiding the need to walk through the bedrooms.

Twin Suite
The sleeping pavilion houses 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms, and a pool terrace. Villa Asta Bali Services Facilities

Villa Asta is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained, friendly staff who will do their best to ensure that their guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team is headed by a villa manager who will oversee and coordinate the staff and property, and is available to assist guests during their stay. The team also includes an in-house chef, butlers, housekeepers, gardeners, and security guards. The chef is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for all the market shopping, in accordance with the needs and the whims of the guests. The housekeepers fulfil all of the housekeeping duties while also taking care of the daily laundry. Baby-sitting and massage services and the facilities of a car and driver are also available on request at an extra charge.

Villa Asta Bali Terms

All rates above are subject 15,5% prevailing to government tax and service charge

Rates above are inclusive of:
- one time round trip Airport transfer
- daily American breakfast (up to 10 pax)
- daily car and driver for 10 hrs ( exclude petrol)
- free Internet connection
- flowers arrangement
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- 24 hours butler services
- fully staff: maids, chef and villa manager

Extra bed is provided upon request with the following applicable charge:
- age up to 12 years will charge at US$ 35 + 15,5%
- age over 12 years will charge at US$ 50 + 15,5%

Seasonal periods:
Low Season : Jan 11 to May 31 (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year) and Sept 16 to Dec 19
High Season : June 1 to Sept 15 Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season : Dec 20th to Jan 10

Minimum stay required:
Low Season :3 nights
High Season :7 nights
Peak Season :7 nights

The villa booking procedures:
- Due to secure the booking that your formal written e-mail as a booking confirmation is required,and then we will continue send you a proforma invoice and Bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining due balance should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa
- Balance of payement is non-refundable

Check-in& check-out time
- Check-in time: 14:00, Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for
High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
