Villa Bahagia was designed by the acclaimed architect Ross Franklin from New Zealand, who was honoured in many decoration and architecture magazines in promoting contemporary Balinese architecture in its proper way (like the famous Avatara in Tanah Lot). The style of the villa is contemporary and elegant; a group of eight or ten people can stay at the house, very comfortably, without encroaching on each others' space. It was specifically designed to maximise the wonderful panoramic views, and offers the ultimate in private luxury for those who seek tranquillity combined with a high standard of service. Bahagia means happiness in Indonesian language. Indeed, guests entering the property for the first time, will have no idea what to expect behind the nice antique front door. They will be surprised when they find that the doorway leads into a big open living area with a melt of white Palimanan stone and wood floor. Looking out over the flat green lawn and furnished with plantings, a large dining table. Outside is a big gazebo, the perfect place to relax and have a welcome drink.

Recommended for visitors who wish to be somewhat away from the tourist crowds but appreciate easy access to the restaurants and shops of Seminyak, Legian, and Kuta. Access to other parts of the island is as equally easy and you don't have to pass through crowded Kuta. The villa was completed in 2007 and is in a mixed Balinese / modern style. One main building on two floors, with an open living room and dining room and kitchen downstairs, and two master bedrooms and upstairs two more bedrooms. Every bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath tube and an open shower. The tropical garden includes areas for relaxing, terraces, sundecks with sun-loungers around the swimming pool and the villa has one big gazebo with large sofas and also one bale with day bed nearby the pool. Villa Bahagia Rooms

Built on a 1000 square meters of land, the villa surface is 350m2 and includes 4 main bedrooms (8-10 people). Two en-suite bedrooms with big double beds and two en-suite bedrooms with two single beds that can be used as king size beds. One of them has an office that can be used as a single bedroom. With its very big private swimming pool (14meters), this villa is ideal villa for just two couples with kids or four couples (up to 9-10 people). See photos in Gallery
This villa has TV set with individual cable program controls with a satellite TV, DVD player, and a surround sound system. Air-conditioned comfort in all bedrooms.

There are four double bedrooms, all can deserve the title of master bedroom, two on the first floor and two upstairs, each including en-suite bathrooms. The light and airy bedrooms also feature built-in wardrobes, very trendy light natural teak furniture, timber floors, picture windows and large sliding glass doors. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a romantic balcony and stunning views of the rice fields and the other one its own big terrace. The downstairs bedrooms are each complemented by overlooking the gardens, one of them being all closed with its private garden. Each of the en-suite bathrooms with its terrazzo fixtures has its own distinct characteristics. The 14 x 6 meterspool runs the width of the garden at the top end. A thatched "bale", a traditional Balinese relaxation pavilion, is situated on one side of the pool.

The spacious kitchen, where the staff will prepare a wide range of delicious meals from an innovative menu, is fully equipped with wooden fitted cupboards and a modern stainless steel equipment. A laundry is situated at the back of the kitchen.

Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay, Ketut is also an excellent driver and guide.

Tending the garden and the grounds of the villa, and cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool

For your safety a team will stay around days and nights without interfering with your privacy.

Villa Bahagia Terms

- All rates are inclusive of 10% tax and 5% service charges and are quoted in United States Dollars. (US$)
- Rates are for Villa rental per night only including breakfast, all other costs (e.g. Gratuities, telephone, Food and Beverage etc) are at the expense of the Guest unless noted as inclusions on the written confirmation advice.

Seasonal Periods requirements:
Low Season: January 11th – June 30th, September 16th – December 19th (Excludes Easter and
Chinese New Years)
High Season: July 1st – July 31st, September 1st – September 15th, Easter and Chinese New Years
Peak Season: August 1st – August 31st, December 20th – January 10th

Check in/out time:
Villa check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00
and if there required any late check-out then subject of villa availability and the
villa shall applied another additional extra charge on it.

Term and Booking condition:
- A 50% deposit of the total rental amount must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice have been given to the clients.
- All payment must be made in US Dollars.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the full
payment is received by the villa Management.
- If a deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be not materialized.
- Final payment is required at 30 days prior to arrival date for low season booking, and 60 days prior arrival for Christmas/New Year bookings or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- In the event of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within (5) working days, or on arrival if less than five (5) working days, whichever comes first.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival) then full payment upon arrival in cash is required.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit will be refunded in full and less 25% from the total rental fee with a maximum of 1000 USD, unless
the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date or (91 days for High and Peak Season
bookings).
- In the event of reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year
bookings) then the deposit will be non-refundable.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

Villa Capacity Policy:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. The villa maximum occupancy is up to 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests or function at the villa should be informed in advance to the villa management and otherwise the booking will not be accepted prior confirmation.
