Imani Villas is a complex of three 3 & 2-bedroom thatched villas, each with a private swimming pool, hidden away in the rice fields, just ten minutes' drive from the beach on Bali's south western coast. The style blends modern Balinese architecture with minimalist design and local materials. All of the villas are completely self-contained and secure, with private entrances linked by a walled lane lined with spider lilies and green foliage. The close proximity of the three properties means that the complex is ideal for larger groups of people, or families, who want to be close to each other while still retaining an element of independence and privacy.

Villa Imani Location

Imani Villas is only ten minutes drive from the shops, nightlife and internationally acclaimed restaurants of trendy Seminyak. The sweeping beach at Seminyak is renowned for its world-class surf breaks, panoramic coastline views and legendary sunsets. Umalas Riding Stables is less than two kilometres from the villas, and the area is also the location of the The Canggu Club, Bali's first and only international private members' club; offering sports, social and leisure facilities, including a state-of-the art gym, a 25-metre swimming pool and a tennis & squash centre. Nirwana Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, is a twenty-minute car journey. Convenient for all of the main shopping malls and tourist attractions, Imani Villas is twenty-five minutes drive from Bali's International Airport.

VILLA ONE - 2 bedroom villa with private swimming pool
Imani One is a single-storey 2-bedroom villa comprised of two thatched pavilions positioned around a 5 x 8 meter lap pool within a walled courtyard garden. As guests enter the garden, they will traverse an ornamental pond, complete with lilies and bubbling water features in twin pots; the pond links the pool and the open-air living pavilion. Stepping stones lead across a pebbled pathway, and an outdoor rain shower is located within a walled area to one side, where there is also a bench seat. A timber sundeck extends from the pool to the sleeping pavilion, there are two sun beds, and the pretty garden is planted with palms, frangipani trees, spider lilies and heliconia.

VILLA TWO - 2 bedroom villa with private pool
Imani Two is a single-storey 2-bedroom villa comprised of two thatched pavilions positioned on opposite sides of a 4.5 x 8 meter lap pool, within a walled courtyard garden. A timber sundeck extends from the pool to the open-air living pavilion, two sun beds are provided, and the pretty garden is characterized by a flat green lawn planted with fragrant flowering frangipani trees, pandanus, palm, spider lilies and heliconia.

VILLA THREE - 3 bedroom villa with private pool
Imani Three is the largest of the three villas in the complex, boasting an additional bedroom and an upstairs library presenting breathtaking views of the rice fields and mountains. The 3-bedroom villa is built in the style of a traditional Balinese compound house. It features four separate thatched pavilions positioned around a large 5 x 16 meter lap pool, within a walled courtyard garden.

A spacious square shaped timber sundeck, furnished with sun beds, extends from one side of the pool; two gazebo relaxation pavilions are located on the other side, and a stone terrace borders the Master Bedroom. The swimming pool is lined with aquamarine Java stone and is fed by a bubbling whirlpool positioned at one end.

All rates above are included the following benefits:
- One time return transfer from Airport to the villa.
- Welcome chilled towel & refreshment upon arrival.

- Daily replenished mineral water.
- Complimentary breakfast for 2 persons per room. Children less than 5 years old are will get free of charge breakfast.
- Villa attendant service in 2 shifts.

Seasonal Period:
- Low Season: 9 January - 30 June (excuding Easter and Chinese New Year), 16 September - 19 December
- High season: 1 - 31 July, 1 - 15 September, Easter week, Chinese New Year week
- Peak Season: 1 - 31 August, 20 December - 8 January (Xmas & New Year Period)

Term and Condition
- All rates are in United States of American Dollar.
- All Rates are inclusive of applicable 21% government tax and service charge and daily American breakfast
- Maximum occupancy per bedroom is 2 adult.
- 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking confirmation in order to secure the reservation.
- The rest of payment to be paid by the latest upon guest arrival.
- Full payment to be paid for last minutes booking by latest upon guest arrival

Cancellation Policy
- Incase of any cancellation, it should be made in writing. (by fax or e-mail)
- The 50% deposit is refundable (minus Rp. 100,000 administration fee) if cancellation notice is made before 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date (60 days for high and peak season).
- Cancellation made between 44 days up to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, one night cancellation charge shall be applied.
- Cancellation made less then 13 days prior to scheduled arrival date (29 days – 14 days for peak season booking), 50% of total villa rental will be forfeited.
- 100% charge for same day cancellation or no show - One night villa rate will be charge for last minutes booking if event not show or cancellation
- Once stay has commenced, no refund will be given for premature departure.

Check in and Check out
- Check in time is at 14.00 and check out time is at 12.00
- Early check in or late checks out as per request and depends on availability.
- Late check our up to 18.00 shall be charged 50% from daily rate.
- Late check out after 18.00 shall be charge as full day rate.

Minimum Stay
- Low Season: 5 nights
- High Season: 7 nights
- Peak Season: 10 nights
