Offering guests a choice of renting options, this 5-bedroom retreat covers 2,000 square metres of land and is comprised of two self-contained Bali villas, each with a private entrance and a private pool. The 1-bedroom villa and the 4-bedroom villa can either be linked or remain totally separate and private. Designed by Balinese architect Putu Edy Semara, the style blends modern Balinese architecture with minimalist design.

The beautiful Villa M is hidden away in the rice fields, just ten minutes’ drive from Berawa beach on Bali’s south western coast. Offering guests a choice of renting options, this 4-bedroom retreat covers 2,000 square metres of land and is comprised of two self-contained villas, each with a private entrance and a private pool. The 1-bedroom villa and the 3-bedroom villa can either be linked or alternatively remain totally separate and private. Designed by Balinese architect Putu Edy Semara, the style blends modern Balinese architecture with minimalist design, local materials, hardwood floors, and graceful, contemporary furnishings.

1 Bedroom Villa
This private honeymoon villa in Bali, complete with living and dining room and private swimming pool is an idyllic retreat for couples. Here, guests can be pampered with a massage, take a dip in the pool, or savour cocktails in the poolside gazebo as the sun sets, before being indulged with one of the romantic candlelit dinners for which Bali Villa M has become so famous.

4 Bedroom Villa
This 4-bedroom Bali Luxury Villa M can comfortably accommodate up to eight persons and is ideal for families or groups of people who enjoy holidaying together in beautiful destinations. There is any number of relaxation areas, so guests will always find a private spot for peace and quiet.

Villa M Bali Services Facilities

Villa M Bali has a carefully selected team of highly trained professional staff, including a Villa Manager, Chef, Villa Attendant, Pool Attendant, Gardener and Security.
The two separate villas can be joined to form one four-bedroom villa.
Both villas have a 4 x 12 meter private swimming pool overlooking the rice fields.
A complimentary breakfast for two is provided for each bedroom. This can be prepared by our chef in the villa's kitchen or from our master kitchen.
24-hour room service is available.
Free broadband internet connection in every room with WiFi covering the public areas.
Free Afternoon Coffe or Tea
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, safety deposit box, satellite TV, CD and DVD player.
Each villa has IDD telephone and Fax.
Back-up electricity generator.

Villa M Bali Terms

- All rates above are subject 15% to government tax & Service Charge.
- The rates quote are per villa per night in US Dollars
- Long term and last minutes rate are available upon request.

Rates above are included of:
- One time round trip Airport transfer ( 1 x transfer in & 1 x transfer out )
- Welcome Drink and cool towel upon arrival
- Fruits basket and fresh flower upon arrival
- In-villa daily Breakfast for 2 pax per room daily
- Complimentary drinking water (@2 bottle/room/day)

Minimum Stay Required:
- Low Season Minimum 2 Nights
- High Season Minimum 5 Nights
- Peak Season Minimum 7 Nights

Check-in/Check-out Time
- Normal Check-in time is at or after 2pm. Normal Check-out time is at or before 11am.
- Guests may check-in or -out at other times provided that there are no other bookings at the same time. Prior arrangement with Villa M management is necessary.

Villa Capacity
- Villa M accommodates a maximum number of two (2) guests per bedroom. This must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed prior to receipt of the full and final payment. Reservations shall be for a specific number of guests, which may not be exceeded unless it has been authorized by the agent. If, for any reason, the number of guests is greater than the number quoted in the booking reservation, the additional guest(s) will be charged in full under the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- A request for an extra bed will only be accepted if the bed is required for a child less than 12 years of age.
- The numbers of persons occupying Villa M must not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation. The
- Management Company reserves the right to refuse any booking, which, in its opinion, is unsuitable for the property.

Booking procedures:
- Villa M will keep an un-deposited booking for 7 days (Holding Period) from the date when booking was received and acknowledged by Villa M.
- A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be received by Villa M within the 7 days Holding Period.
- Full payment of the total rental amount must be receive at least 10 days before check in date for low season and 20 days for high and peak season.
- For last minutes booking, full payment must be received within 7 days after
booking was received and acknowledged by Villa M.
- A deposit of 50 % are non refundable.
- Guests are responsible for leaving the property in good condition upon checkout.
- Villa M will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss or damages of personal belongings of staying guests or any members of the party during their stay at Villa M.

Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for
High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.

Damages
In the event of damage to villa property caused by the guest then the villa management requires full payment of the replacement value of the damaged item prior to check-out.
