Villa Surya Damai has been designed such that views of the stunning surroundings can be enjoyed from every room, and the entire villa is decorated with the highest quality furnishings available. The structure is laid out around a central living area for all to enjoy, with sufficient additional living spaces to allow privacy whenever needed. The property is designed around a traditional Balinese-style open-sided living room that leads to a large pool deck upon which rest 6 sun-loungers and umbrellas to suit. Relax here or plunge into the expansive 18-meter swimming pool. Afterwards, take advantage of one of the more unique highlights to this property: the championship tennis court (hard-court surface).

Villa Surya Damai Location

Surya Damai Villa is strategically situated on the edge village Umalas of Kerobokan, 15 minutes walk across the rice paddies to Batu Belig beach where some of Bali's most well-known beachside restaurants can be found, some minutes to the fashionable Seminyak with its highest-quality delicatessen shops and bakeries in Bali. The villa boasts its large overlooking the rice field and green sceneries.

The master suite consists of a bedroom, bathroom, air-conditioned sitting room, and two verandahs. Also featured is a principal guest suite, and three further bedrooms, each with their own ensuite open-air Balinese-style bathrooms with outdoor showers and gardens. All of the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Two of the rooms contain king-sized beds, one has a queen-sized and the remaining two rooms have oversized twin singles. Additional rollaway single mattresses are also available.

Three complete modern entertainment systems featuring satellite TV’s, DVD’s, and stereos are located throughout the house: one in the master suite’s sitting room, one in the main living room, and one in the upper level verandah.

On the second floor of the villa is a verandah-style living room overlooking the expanse of the property and beyond to the panoramic view of the river and rice-fields.

There are two dining areas in Villa Surya Damai. The first is a separate formal dining room that can accommodate up to 12 people and overlooks the pool, garden and surrounding rice-paddies. There is also an informal outdoor dining-deck next to the pool, with a table that comfortably seats 8-10 people.

The gardens are extensive and provide space, serenity and views that complement the atmosphere of this modern-styled, private estate. Fully staffed, you can rest assured all of your needs will be catered to, and all you need to do is recline on one of the couches and let yourself relax

Villa Surya Damai Terms

All villa rates are subject to a 5% service charge and thereafter a 10% government tax.

Rates stated above are inclusive of:
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- One time round trip Airport transfer.
- Daily car and driver (seven seats) from 09:00 to 17:00 hours (excluded petrol)
- Internet connection
- Welcome American breakfast (one time only)
- Flowers arrangement
- fully staff: chef, cleaning service and house manager.

Seasonal Periods:
Low Season: Jan 9-31 May (excl. Easter,CNY), Sep 16-Dec 14
High Season: 20th Jan - 25th Jan 2012 inclusive (CNY week) 4th Apr - 14th Jan 2012 inclusive (Easter week) and Jun 1 - Sep 15
Peak Season: Dec 15-Jan 8 (Xmas - NY)

Minimum stay required:
Low season : 3 nights
High season : 7 nights
Peak season : 10 nights

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
Typically the cancellation charges are:
- if a Guest cancels more than 60 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period, the cancellation charge will be 20% of the total rental amount.
- if a Guest cancels between 30 - 60 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total rental amount.
- if a Guest cancels between 0 - 29 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total rental amount.
