All three villas offer luxury accommodation and personal privacy, whilst offering 5 star service and gourmet cuisine. Additional services can be easily arranged, such as airport transfers, in villa spa massage, tours and sightseeing excursions etc.

Villa Lamu (3 Bedroom Villa)
The largest of the luxury villas in the Taman Wana Private Estate, Villa Lamu has three suites, and a gorgeous, freeform swimming pool just steps from the open plan living pavilion. With two floors and a snooker table on the upper deck, this villa is ideal for hosting gatherings or entertaining. There is a comfortable bale over a lotus pond for reading, relaxing or taking a massage, and an extensive barbeque & outdoor dining patio poolside. Expandable with the addition of any other villa or the Guest Cottages in the Estate, Villa Lamu offers luxury, beauty and privacy for 6 or more guests.

Villa Sumba (3 Bedroom Villa)
Luxury accommodation in Villa Sumba for 6 guests sharing 3 large suites with Queen or king sized four poster beds, each with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and fan cooling. Villa Sumba boasts and 18 meter lap pool with a relaxing bale and plenty of sun loungers, along side a cozy outdoor dining patio, it is ideal for families and friends, and comes with our warm Taman Wana hospitality and friendly staff. Optional Guest Cottages are available to expand the possible numbers up to 10.

Villa Tioman (2 Bedroom Villa)
A beautiful 2 bedroom luxury villa with private swimming pool, open plan living pavilion, with traditional alang alang grass roofing, lush tropical gardens, walking distance from the beach, fully staffed including gourmet cooks. Villa Tioman is the smallest of the three villas in the Taman Wana Private Estate, yet expandable with the optional addition of the Guest Cottages just a few steps away tucked down the garden path.

Each villa has a tropical living open walled main pavilion, built from local hardwoods and grass rooved, housing a fully fitted kitchen, guest powder room, dining are and comforatble living area, tastefully decorated with antique furniture and colourful soft furnishings. The 2 bedrooms suites offer both air conditioning and fan cooling, en-suite bathrooms, with double wash basins, and private label amenities.

2 Guest Cottages
Tucked away amongst the lush flora of the tropical gardens lie 2 Guest Cottages. Each cottage suite has a teak four poster double bed, a mini fridge, a seating area, a writing desk, an en-suite garden bathroom and double sliding doors opening onto a hardwood deck with views into the garden. The Guest Cottages are designed to meet the needs of larger groups or families who require additional guest accommodation without the need for adding an entire villa. Although the Cottages are not let singly, (without a villa) including a Guest Cottage or two in your rental will expand the possibilities of a two bedroom villa into a three or four bedroom villa, and increase a three bedroom villa into a four or five bedroom villa, etc. When renting all three villas the accommodation potential reaches 10 suites for upto 20 guests.

High/Peak Season

: December 20 - January 8, April 9 -15, July 15 - September 15

The Villa Booking Procedures:

- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.

- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.

- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Check in/out time

- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.

- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:

- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.

- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
