The Hill Villas at Taman Giri began as vision of architect Prof. Dr. A. Sulistyawati, MS., who was the first lady to be made as Professor in Architecture in Indonesia. Her predominant interests in Balinese architecture motivated her to develop her own private villas through the use of natural elements and different ethnicities to suit her own creative needs. Unique private villas built to accommodate and serve a living privilege in authentic Balinese atmosphere in Bali. Following her original principle, family and friends were impressed by her unique and ethnic ideas to architecture. As a consequence, she was encouraged to design more villas as vacation homes, only to her realization that it made perfect sense to rent them out. Initially, they were only exclusive to family and friends.

All of Puri Tirta villas have three (3) king size bedrooms each with their own luxurious natural marble bathrooms and outdoor showers. The entrance to each villa is through a traditional Balinese gated doorway, stepping into your own private tropical garden complete with large swimming pool.

The Villas have a central living pavilion with lounge, dining and granite kitchen with the latest stainless steel appliances. The Hill Villas at Taman Giri consists of five characteristically different villas; each has its own specifications and has been named with the various flowers of Bali. The Hill Villas at Nusa Dua is an exclusive Villa consisting 6 Villas with a total of 15 bedrooms featuring private swimming pool and fully equipped kitchen. It offers a choice of 1 one-bedroom Villa, 1 two-bedroom Villa, 3 three-bedroom Villas and 1 deluxe three-bedroom Villa.

"Villa Sandat", is a one-bedroom villa at the Hill Villas. The villa is approximately 360 sq meters in size has to offer honeymooners and get away couples. The villa presents a spacious one bedroom villa with a fully fitted kitchen that would make you immediately feel at home.

"Villa Cempaka", is a two-bedroom villa and approximately 390 sq. meters in size. It is a spacious two-bedroom private villa, which is completed with a fitted kitchen. This enables you to catch up with friends and your loved ones while experiencing the elegance of the classic days that wrap your state of mind and dance you away before the beauty of nature's creations.

"Villa Jempiring", "Villa Pucuk" and "Villa Tunjung", are all three-bedroom villas and each is approximately 670, 550 and 470 sq. meters in size, consecutively. Within each villa, the three-bedrooms are artistically different.

All Villas comprises of a large swimming pool, sunbathing area and fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area. All the bedrooms open the large swimming pool, sunbathing area and lush tropical manicured gardens. Each bedroom includes air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, cable television, IDD telephone and walk-in wardrobe.

The Hill Villas at Taman Giri features one exceptional three-bedroom villa, "Villa Jepun", that is approximately 870 sq. meters in size. "Villa Jepun" dining facility on a gazebo with a beautiful panoramic view over looking the magnificent Jimbaran Bay. Like the other three-bedroom villas, "Villa Jepun" is also accompanied by the same facilities, except for kitchen. However, it is featured with a game room that offers various game facilities.

Part of the estate includes a private jetty exclusive to the five (5) villas complete with full time skipper and motor boat waiting to take you to lunch, water sports or a sunset cruise.

All rates above are inclusive of 21% prevailing government tax and service charge.

High/Peak season period: 20th July - 15th Sept and 20th Dec - 7th Jan

 

Extra Bed Rates:

Low Season : USD 90 nett/night

High/Peak Season: USD 126 nett/night

Villa Capacity:

- Maximum person per one bedroom is 3 person with extra additional charge apply to the third person.

- Third person under 10 years old share with parents at complimentary with breakfast.

- Third person above 10 years old will apply as extra bed charge.

 

Check In/Out Policy:

1. Check in time: 14:00 hours

2. Check out time: 12:00 hours

 

Booking term and conditions:

- A 50% deposit is required from the total rental outlay due to secure the booking

- The deposit must be in US$ and required to settle through telegraphic bank transfer is only by manual system.

- For Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments we should receipt full amount base on invoice notified and if any bank administration fees are to be applied into your account.

- Please state the villa name or your name whilst processing the TT transfer due to more our easily identify or allocated the funds which is definitely from your correct remittance.

- Payment must be received by the villa within 5 working days of invoice has been sent otherwise the booking shall not materialized.

- Reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa bank account.

- The remaining balance due is required to settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa

 

Cancellation Policy:

- The Cancellation within 61 days prior arrival the down payment has been paid Will 50 refundable, and should less USD 100 due to process of transferring fee and administration handling cost.

- The cancellation within 30 days prior arrival the down payment has been paid will non refundable.

- The cancellation within 14 days prior arrival should be full payment from the total rental value has been agreed.

- All Bank chargers must be assure by the clients/Guests.

- The cancellation confirmation must be on writing.
