The Shanti Villa Location

Our Residences private location is superb. Just two minutes away from Bali’s famous Nusa Dua Beach. Tucked away in the quiet hub of hillside Nusa Dua and its beachside surrounds where an international mix of cosmopolitan jetsetters indulge in the best of what Bali has to offer. The Shanti Residence is right in the heartland of the islands designer hotels and resorts on what is considered the Millionaires Mile and which personifies the islands luxury lifestyle.

The Shanti Villa Rooms

The Shanti Residence five-suite home encompasses an 84m2 Master Suite that opens onto a private deck, plunge pool and gazebo. It features a romantic canopied king size bed, a vast indoor and outdoor bathroom and a study come lounge which looks out to the shimmering Indian Ocean.

The Residences two-storey Junior Suite at 395m2 is located in a separate quarter and features a private gym and resident spa, walk in robes, hall, spacious bathrooms and balconies that command Indian Ocean and tropical landscaped garden views.

In an adjacent quarter sits the Garden Suite at 83m2 which leads to a private gazebo and features an additional lounge room to relax or work from.

All rooms feature romantic canopied beds with luxury cotton linens, soft duvets, and down pillows and all suites lead out to meet expansive gardens where an impressive raised 106m2 infinity edged plunge pool and deck lay.

The spectacular bathrooms feature jet baths for two and adjacent gardens where stone steps lead to an outdoor shower. An adjoining dressing gallery, ‘his and her’ wash basins, separate shower with rain showerheads, walk in robes and signature bathroom amenities which make for an indulgent bathing experience.

The main living areas comprise a designer appointed lounge and living room, separate dining room and a state of the art audio room which doubles as a conference room if required, and which offers cinematic movie projector, stereo system and surround sound.

The Shanti Residence is switched on. For those who want to stay in touch with the outside world we offer resident wide WIFI wireless Internet. We provide complimentary pre-loaded Ipods and sound docks for our guests to use during their stay with maps and information on Bali and what to do and see. Our Residence is refreshed daily with international newspapers and a wide collection of magazines, movies, Playstation games and books. Our Resident Manager and Hosts are dedicated to making sure you receive the most out of your experience. From preparing a customised ipod on arrival to organising day tours complete with gourmet picnic hampers and a private butler, or hooking up your Playstation they are always available to assist. After catching up on any work enjoy one of our Summer Barbecues or Candlit dinner options where the open air dining deck is beautifully decorated with candles that illuminate a petal-laden pool. A dedicated Butler will serve your dinner amid a background of music. Make it a party or keep it intimate with a nice bottle of Champagne.

- The rates above are subject 15% to government tax and service charge.
- Long stay is available upon request.
- The villa will applied additional surcharge with seasonal one night room rates for function venue fee.

Children
Up to two children receive complimentary accommodation in their parent’s suites using the day beds, however an additional charge for breakfast will be made, and if more than one vehicle is required for airport transfers the second car will be charged. Children’s menus, baby sitters and other specials are available including PS2’s, which can be arranged by our Resident Manager.

High & Peak Season Periods
Low season period: 09th Jan to 30th June (exclude CNY and Easter), 16th Sep to 19th Dec 19
High season period: 01st Sep to 15 Sep, 01st Jul to 31st Aug, 08th Feb to 12th Feb (Chinese New Year 2013) and 29th Mar to 31 March (Easter 2013)
Peak season period: 20th Dec to 08th Jan
Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.

Occupancy
Rates quoted are for entire SHANTI RESIDENCES, with double occupancy per suite or ten (10) guests for entire suite. Study room or additional bedroom upon request. Utilization of the study room as a bedroom shall incur a charge of US$50 and is only applicable when the Residence is booked as a whole.

Term & condition
Deposit of 50% of the net total rental amount will be payable within 7 working days after the written booking confirmation has been received. The remain balance will be received within 38 days prior to scheduled arrival (53 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Reservation Confirmation
Due to high demand Shanti Residences & Resorts is often booked in advance. To confirm your reservation you will need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount requested to our US $ bank account. When your deposit arrives in the bank account your reservation will be confirmed. Please advise us by email after your transfer has been made. We will then send you a written confirmation note. Reservations are handled on "first come, first served" basis.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable, unless agreed upon by the villa owner on special case by case basis. The balance of rental payment is due before your scheduled arrival date which once received is also non re fundable unless agreed by the owner.

Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Shanti Residences & Resorts, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali . We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
