With the eight opulent bedrooms arranged in three levels ‘L’ shape building, the large pool, the wine cellar, sophisticated decoration. . . The palatial Dynasty Estate extends over more than 1100 m2 of land. The prestigious entrance presents series of stylish Balinese statues along the wall, with a well furnished wooden gate leading to the reception area. The ground floor includes on the right side two bedrooms arrange side by side, including dressing and well equipped en-suite bathroom and on the left side the dinning area, the large bar and a guest lavatory. Further to the left the staff quarter is including kitchen, maintenance, and laundry area discreetly set by the end of this compound.

Dynasty Estate is conveniently located in the elevated area of Nusa Dua, the five stars hotel district, approximately 20 minutes from the International Airport, 5 minutes from the calm beach and from the international Bali Country Golf Course. A wide range of restaurants, shops and boutiques are along Nusa Dua main road, which is only 3 minutes driving from the villa.

The upper level is comprised of a spacious living, main dinning area, a luxurious quintessential TV area with high ceiling featuring a stylish sofa and a large LCD TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Further to the left, the two bedrooms with dressing and en suited bathrooms are uniquely designed with private stair to the top of the building featuring a private terrace with sea view. In addition a large wooden balcony is set in front of these two bedrooms overlooking the pool ideal to relax or arrange a romantic dinner.
The second building is featuring two bedrooms on the ground floor facing to the pool including dressing and en suited bathroom. The master bedroom is set on the first floor featuring a private TV area a dressing and a large en suited bathroom including a private Jacuzzi. Stunning, connected by a sleek wooden stair, the spacious second master bedroom is located on the second level with outstanding view to the sea also featuring dressing, en suited bathroom with Jacuzzi as well as a private access to the pool.
The generous pool is set amid the minimalist garden along with a pool deck and a Balinese Bale to relax on. Further the wine cellar is secluded in the basement by the edge of the pool.

Villa Dinasty Estate Services Facilities

- At your full service, the manager is supervising fifteen staffs including one cook, five house keepers, one gardener, one engineering and seven securities operating in the villa.
- Each villa provides daily service with hand wash and washing machine laundry; dry cleaning or outside laundry service is not include in the rental fee.
- Each villa provides a professional cook with a menu of international and local cuisine.

All rates above are net and inclusive 21% to Government tax and service charge.

Rate above are inclusive of:
-  one time round trip Airport transfer
- daily car and driver  8 hrs ( 7 seats car) excluded petrol.
- daily of simple American breakfast up to 16 persons
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- Internet connection.
- fully staff: chef, maids and house manager.
 
Terms and Conditions:
- All rates are quoted in US dollars per night.
- The reservation to be confirmed when completed of payment are received by the villa Management.

Seasonal Periods:
Low Season: January 9 to July 14, September 16 to December 14 (not including Easter week)
High Season: July 15 to July 31, September 1 to September 15, Easter week and Chinese New Year week
Peak Season: August 1 -31, Christmas & New Year period (December 15 - January 8)

Minimum Stay:
Low Season: 3 nights
High Season: 7 nights
Peak Season: 8 nights

Booking Procedures:
- A deposit of 50% from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Payment must be received by the villa wthin 5 (five) working days after the relevant invoice has been sent otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa (within 30 days for Low Season, 45 days in High Season, and 61 days in Peak Season) bookings.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- For the last minute bookings ( within 1 week or less prior to arrival ), full payment upon arrival is acceptable subject case by case.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit will be refunded in full less USD 300.00, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas lettings).
- Reservation cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival in high season and deposit will non refundable.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
- When the cancellation occurs within 30 days prior arrival, the full amount is required from the booking value.
