Villa OASIS Bali is a wide complex consisting of three different villas, The Oasis Classic Villa, Oasis Junior Suite Villa, and Oasis Royal Suite Villa. These villas are scattered on the site, each possessing distinctive shapes and themes. The Oasis Classic Villa features 4 traditional Classics with 7 bedrooms in total. This villa suits the patrons who admire the Indonesian-styled houses where the aged-antiques and the local furniture are displayed. The 2-bedroom Oasis Junior Suite Villa is designed with more contemporary touches to fittingly please the dynamic and sophisticated individuals. Meanwhile the 2-bedroom Oasis Royal Suite Villa is the best retreat to feel the more elegance and luxury, also perfect for those with passion for modern lifestyle.

The palatial property is strategically located in Jimbaran area, ten minutes driving time from both the airport & the beaches at Nusa Dua. The villa is only a short drive down a small road, which is accessed from the ‘bypass’ that leads Bali’s International airport to the enclave of five star hotels at Nusa Dua. On this large compound there are nine self standing structures that make up this magnificent villa Oasis.

Villa Oasis Location

Strategically situated in the midway of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua, Villa OASIS Bali can be reached within only 20 minutes from Bali’s international airport and short drive to the beach, both Jimbaran beach and Nusa Dua beach. It is only 10 minutes drive to Nusa Dua 5-star hotels complex, Nusa Dua Galleria Shopping Center, to the 18-hole Bali Golf & Country Club in Nusa Dua or to Jimbaran beach. It’s also only 25 minutes driving to Kuta, and 30 to 40 minutes to Sanur and Denpasar. In addition, the Villa OASIS Bali is only a short drive down a small road, which is accessed from the ‘By Pass Nusa Dua’ road.

The Oasis Classic Villa
The Oasis Classic Villa features 7 bedrooms that can sleep to 12 guests. The shapes and constructions throughout the villa employ a mixture of pure traditional forms and classic design ideas. The villa itself comprises some Oasis Classic buildings which are 1 master bedroom, 2 bedrooms at Classic 1, 2 bedrooms at Classic 2, 1 bedroom at Classic 3, 1 bedroom at Classic 4, main living area or wantilan, pool house, jineng, and day gazebo or Bale Bengong. All buildings perform distinctive architectural finishes, utilizing materials from some Oasis Classic places in Indonesia. Every room is made not only as accessories, but also as highly functional elements in the design.

The Oasis Classic Villa at Villa oasis blends seamlessly with the environment by interpreting the characteristics of local Indonesian tribes and Oasis Classic, making optimal use of the rich traditional resources obtained from Java, Lombok, Sulawesi, Madura, and other places in Indonesia. The villa encompasses 7 bedrooms in Classic-style and each building is able to create comfort and contented retreat for the guests to relax in. In addition, the villa is adorned by many antiques, paintings, and primitive ornaments, as well as applying genuine furniture made from durable teak wood, rattan, wicker, and leather. The Villa resembles an art gallery which exhibits antiques, paintings, tasteful ornaments, and aged-statues.

Master bedroom
The master nedroom at Classic Villa is 8 x 6m space which has resemblance with the Joglo-house. The building at the front gives a sense of openness to the area. The granite flooring blends impeccably with the overall wooden structure of the house. There are aged-ornaments and Classic paintings in the room, giving guests the experience of staying in a traditional Javanese house. However, even displaying a traditional outlook, the master bedroom is built in a more exclusive way, with solid teak wood furniture and enough light to highlight the antique pieces inside the room. The spirit of preserving the Indonesian culture is seamlessly translated into the furniture and ornamented with antique pieces.

Classic 1
Classic 1 is a two-story Sulawesi-style building which provides a rich Indonesian culture to the room. Classic 1 encompasses two bedrooms located upstairs, self-contained kitchen downstairs, a cozy daybed upstairs whose the size is exactly a single-sized bed but in colonial style which is placed upstairs near the window overlooking the swimming pool and garden area. The first bedroom has single-sized bed and the second bedroom has queen-sized bed and complemented by en-suite bathroom with indoor shower and bathtub.

Classic 2
Classic 2 is one-story guestroom which is built in totally wooden structures, presenting the elegance of ancient Javanese-style house with a bit of Sulawesi touch. The building consists of two bedrooms, one has single-sized bed and another bigger one is equipped with queen-sized bed. The bigger bedroom comes with en-suite bathroom, bathtub, and shower. The cozy living area is adorned with rattan furniture set and the guests may enjoy afternoon tea in both two terraces, wherever they like best, one is in the front overlooking the garden and pool area, another one is in the back. A single-sized daybed is placed to give the guests more possibility to enjoy the holiday breezes.

Resembling the master bedroom and Classic 1, Classic 2 also exhibits a large array of collectible artworks which are used in the interior as well as in the architectural elements throughout the place. The terracotta flooring is able to add more soul to the area, bold, dramatic, and tasteful to look at. The guests can prepare their meals in the small kitchen in Classic 2 that is placed in adjacent to dining area, perfect to accommodate small family. The high alang-alang ceiling, light cream-colored of wall, and some antique ornaments, all are provided to give the utmost utility, not just for fulfilling the aesthetic aspects.

Classic 3
Built in traditional Classic Javanese-style, Classic 3 is full with decorative accents from any islands in Indonesia. The building includes two twin-beds and en-suite bathroom, bathtub, and outdoor shower with direct access to the back garden. Each bed is 140 x 200cm, offering more spaciousness to the guests. There is a big wardrobe equipped with safety box. Classic 3 is sufficient for children or singles. The minimalist furniture and rare antiques such as big Garuda bird statue hanging on the ceiling add more auras to the entire building. The windows are elegantly adorned by the curtains, leading the view onto the garden and pool area. The balcony is open-air and well-ventilated; serving up plenty of space for lounging around.

Classic 4
Classic 4 is two-story building adjacent to the garage and entrance. The first floor has been provided by the owner as service area and space for the in-house staff. The bedroom is situated upstairs, with the king-sized bed, living room, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and indoor shower. Classic 4 scores high with its granite flooring which makes impressive contrast with the earthy feel of the unique Timor fabric and some accessories depicting the olden times. Evoking the memories of days gone by, the area reminds us to the richness of Indonesian arts and cultures.

The Oasis Junior Suite
This is a tasteful 2-bedroom villa personally designed by the owner, a well-known architect in Bali. The villa is an architectural work that can convey the idealism of the architect but yet is acceptable by the patrons. Tucked in the corner of Villa OASIS complex, the Oasis Junior Suite features minimalist designing concept and simple outlook, including some local stones, and conveying some of the aesthetic objects that come from the owner’s private collections. In addition, the villa features clean and efficient lines with minimalist furnishing made from antique teak, ebony wood, and rattan. All of this is able to create more alluring view for the eyes.

In the master bedroom, the guests have a direct access to the 9 x 3.5m salt-water swimming pool. There is a daybed or Balinese gazebo by the pool as a retreat for the guests who want to enjoy a relaxing massage or spa treatments. An outdoor shower is added to give the guests more comfort after dipping at day time. During vacation, the guests are also able to prepare their own meals in the self-contained kitchen using the complete kitchen amenities from gas stoves, microwave, wine glasses, to refrigerator. The living room is an open-space which is comfortably designed, and there are four dining chairs where the guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, made more perfect by flat screen television and full sound system.

The Oasis Royal Suite
The Villa is located next to Oasis Junior Suite Villa; a building of two bedrooms, open-air living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a relaxing swimming pool. There is a Balinese-style gate as a connection between Junior and Oasis Royal Suite, enabling to have a party of 8 by occupying two units all together. The Oasis Royal Suite Villa is more spacious, and the owner himself makes sure that both aesthetic and functionality aspects of the rooms are maintained. A salt-water swimming pool with Jacuzzi has been provided whenever the guests want to dip day or night.

Resembling the Oasis Junior Suite, the ambiance of Oasis Royal Suite also blends contemporary and classic touches. The entire elements use the local stones, Indonesian antique furniture, paintings, and aged-ornaments from the owner’s private collections. The placement of antiques, paintings, and ornaments complement each other and together they create an awe-inspiring element that makes the entire villa more worth capturing. The building’s design is intentionally arranged to facilitate all aspects of a vacation, both for couples and families.

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a proforma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular periods.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining due balance should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.
- Payment should be in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- Final payment is non refundable.

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject the villa availability.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 200.00 if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing.

Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observed of the villa capacity policy.
Villa Oasis Compound consist of 7 bedrooms and be able to accommodate up to 12 persons adults, but the villa are provided an extra bed with additional nominal fee on it. Oasis Junior Suite and Oasis Royal Suite are ideal to accommodate only 2 persons in each bedroom, but if you wish to have additional guests or usage the villa for a function venue then the villa management must get informed in advance otherwise the booking will not be accepted without prior confirmation.
