Puri Tirta means Palace on the Water. These stunning villas are located on the bay at Tanjung Benoa, minutes from the famous Nusa Dua Resorts on white sand beaches. The estate is hidden away, has 24 hour gated security and is very secluded, nestled amongst other exclusive private Bali homes on the water.

Villa Puri Tirta Rooms

All of Puri Tirta villas have three (3) king size bedrooms each with their own luxurious natural marble bathrooms and outdoor showers. The entrance to each villa is through a traditional Balinese gated doorway, stepping into your own private tropical garden complete with large swimming pool.

The Villas have a central living pavilion with lounge, dining and granite kitchen with the latest stainless steel appliances. The pavilion can be opened up to allow the warm tropical Balinese air to circulate or closed off with glass bi-fold doors if air-conditioned comfort is preferred. All villas have water views and direct access to the shore.

Part of the estate includes a private jetty exclusive to the five (5) villas complete with full time skipper and motor boat waiting to take you to lunch, water sports or a sunset cruise.

Villa Puri Tirta Terms

All rates above are inclusive 21% prevailing to government tax and service charge. Villas are designed to accomodate 2 persons per bedroom

Seasonal:

Low Season: February 1st - March 14th, May 1st - June 30th, November 1st - 30th

High Season: March 15th - April 30th, July 1st - July 14th, September 16th - October 31st, December 1st - December 14th

Peak Season: July 15th - September 15th, December 15th - January 31st

 

The rates above are included of the following benefit:

- One time return transfer in/out from Airport to villa

- Daily choise of breakfast at the villa

- Daily Cleaning and turn down service

- Fresh fruit & fresh flowers

- Welcome drinks & cold towels upon arrival

- Unlimited mineral water

- Cook helper, Maids & pool attendance

- Security guards

 

Terms and Condition

1. To secure the booking we require your written e-mail or fax as confirmation to reserve the Villa, and then we will send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay.

2. We can hold inquiry for only 7 working days from the date you have booking finalized, as after 7 days we have not received your deposit, regret the booking will released automatically.

3. The payment can be made either by Bank telegraphic transfer in US$ or Rupiahs base on the currency conditions at time of payment.

4. Villa check-in time is at 13:00 and check-out at 12:00 noon . However if the availability allows, we will try our best to accommodate your check-in/check-out as close to your flight schedule as possible.

5. A maximum number of Villa guest’s occupancy applies depending on the size of the Villa.

6. Payment by credit card debit authorization is also available by Visa and Master Card only, then will apply 3% has just Bank administration.

7. The balances of payment are able to settle upon arrival at the Villa, once the balance payment has received will non-refundable.

8. Payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate, in accordance with Indonesian government regulations.

9. The remaining balance is non refundable

 

Cancellation Policy:

1. For the booking that are cancelled within 60 days or more before arrival, the deposit has been received will returned at 50%.

2. For the booking that are cancelled within 30 days or less before arrival, the deposit will non-refundable.
