The Majapahit Beach Villas are the culmination of one man's dream to build a suite of luxury villa properties on the exotic black sand beaches of Bali's east coast. Four villas stand oceanside, directly on the beach just north of Sanur.

Each two-storey villa includes three bedrooms, a garden with a large pool, and the finest in furnishings and amenities. The complex will be served by a full staff, including waiters, and butlers. A professional service kitchen and trained chef will cater to the culinary whims of the guests in 5 star fashion. A car and driver will also be available.

The Majapahit Villas are located in Ketewel, Sanur. This beachfront area is uniquely Bali, with volcanic black sand beaches and fishing praus. The villas enjoy unobstructed views over the sea towards Lembongan island and a relaxing calm missing from the hustle and bustle of the Seminyak and Sanur areas. The location is almost equal distance from Kuta and Ubud and the traditional and picturesque villages of Celuk and Batubulan are only 5 minutes away. Majapahit Beach Villas are fully serviced by:

* A full time Villa Manager. Supervise and co-ordinates the staff and is available to assist guests during their stay.
* Butlers. On hand 24 hours a day to look after every need of the guests.
* Pool Boy. Providing service around the pool and garden area during day time.
* Chef and Cook. Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided and the staff will do all the market shopping.
* Villa Attendants. Responsible for housekeeping duties and taking care of daily laundry and dry cleaning service.
* Security Guards. Duties are to guard the villa 24 hours a day to ensure the security of the guests.
* Gardeners. Tending the garden and the grounds of the villa, and cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
* Maintenance team. Created to ensure all Villa equipment are well maintain and are in working order.

Note :

The rates above are subject 15% to goverment tax and service charge.

 

Seasonal:

Low Season: January 9 - June 30, September 16 - December 19

High Season: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15, 23 - 28 January (Chinese New Year), 10 - 16 April (Easter week)

Peak Season: August 1 -31, December 20 - January 8 (Xmas - New Year period)

Rates Inclusive of:
* Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out).
* Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
* Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.

 

Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
