Resplendent of a traditional community, the gangsa villa is composed of 11 private villas featuring a choice of one, two and three bedrooms. All villa property located in the revered priestly village of Sanur where guests will discover the harmony of Balinese living.

For centuries the Balinese have lived in family compounds throughout the island on parcels of land that are symbolic of their heritage and status within society. Traditional Balinese architecture implies that everything has a proper and proportionate space - a place to eat, a place to sleep and a place to relax. the gangsa has adapted this unique concept to create a series of private villas where the art of living is free from the complications of the outside world.

The name 'gangsa' refers to the keyed instrument that plays the resonant melodies in a traditional Balinese orchestra. This choice of name is a conscious effort to preserve the island's vibrant culture through tourism

The Gangsa Villa Location

the Gangsa is located down a hidden back lane in the revered priestly village of Sanur, which is only 2km from a coral protected white sandy beach.

Convenient access to Bali’s main bypass means only a short drive to the airport or Kuta for shopping, while the artist village of Ubud is only a 30 min trip into the cultural pulse of the island.

Each villa follows a contemporary décor with subtle Balinese touches designed by the same team that created the stylish look for the Kayumanis villa properties in Ubud and Nusa Dua.
Each villa is nestled within a private garden compound that exposes the healthy attributes of outdoor Balinese living. A semi-open outdoor lounge environment integrates with a gourmet kitchen and dining area. The swimming pool is surrounded by ample deck space for outdoor sun bathing and dining.

- Transportation to Kuta area (3 times a day)
- 24-hour butler service

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Every effort will be made to have room available by 2.00 pm on day arrival.
Our Check -out time is 12.00pm, unless prior notice is negotiated

DAY USE
50 % charge of contracted rate for late check out – until 18.00 hours based on
availability.

VILLA CAPACITY
We strictly observe a villa capacity policy. Please ensure that you select the proper villa
type to accommodate. Extra beds are not allowed in villa for your
convenience.

CHILDREN POLICY
Maximum 2 children in one bedroom villa, one sleep at existing bed and one sleep at
extra bed is complimentary, age over 12 years old are considered as adults

 

THE VILLA BOOKING PROCEDURES
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation,
and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit
from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining
balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
- Any cancellation within 21 (Twenty one) days (during low season) and 30 (Thirty) days
(during high season) subject to one night cancellation fee.
- No show arrival subject to 100 % cancellation fee from total night’s room reserved

HIGH SEASON POLICHIGH POLICY
All reservation can be confirmed with one night UN – REFUNDABLE deposit during
high season period from 15 July – 15 September and 20 December – 06 January, per
booking.
