Villa Puri Purnama is a brand new luxury beachfront villa situated on Cucukan’s glittering black sand beach. The breathtaking views afforded by this location span from the majestic Gunung Agung across the ocean to Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan, then over the rice paddies of Gianyar and even offer a glimpse of the sun setting over the western reaches of Bali.

In the upstairs bale, the breeze gently flows across the ocean and whether you are taking breakfast, enjoying an afternoon massage or sunset drinks, you can lounge in comfortable temperatures all year ‘round.

Villa Puri Purnama Bali is situated on Cucukan’s glittering black sand beach. Villa Puri Purnama Rooms

Each of the four bedrooms are equipped with TV, DVD player and a full range of satellite television channels. All benefit from en-suite bathrooms and three include walk-in wardrobes. The fourth bedroom is set in the guest cottage, separate from the main house, but linked by a wooden bridge. Generously proportioned, the suite also enjoys fantastic views across the ocean. Both the master bedroom and guest bedroom on the first floor of the main house benefit from ocean views from both the bedrooms and the en-suite marble bathrooms.

The villa has been designed to incorporate ‘disabled friendly’ features. The downstairs bedroom in the main house benefits from easy access for wheelchairs to both the room itself and the bathroom, and also a second bed for a helper if required. In the few instances on the ground floor of the house where there are steps required for access, a ramp is provided.

You will be served and looked after by the team of seven staff and a villa manager. The in-house cook prepares mouthwatering meals from regions across the archipelago and a professional chef is available free of charge should you require a special meal or dinner party to be prepared for you. Food is charged to you at the cost price of the ingredients, which your housekeeper will be more than happy to buy for you.

Peak Season:

High Season:
- 1 - 31 July, 1 - 15 September, Chinese New Year 4 - 9 Feb, Easter Week 21 - 27 March
Low Season:
- 9 Jan - 30 June (excluded Easter Week), 16 Sep - 19 Des

Minimum stay requirement:
Low season : 2 nights
High season : 5 nights
Peak season : 10 nights

Inclusion:
- one time return transfer in/out from Airport to Villa
- daily American Breakfast
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- free wireless internet connection
- flowers arrangement

- Maids, cleaning service, cook as butler service

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
- Clients may check into a villa after 2pm.
- The mandatory check out time is 11am.
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, may extend the check-out time until 3pm.
- Late check-out prior to 6pm will incur a half-night rate;
- Late check-out past 6pm incurs a full night rate

Terms & Conditions
1. To secure the booking we required your written e-mail or fax as confirmation to serve the Villa, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay.
2. The deposit is required to settle through bank transfer only by manual system quoted in USD.
3. For Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments we should receipt full amount base on invoice will notified and if any bank administration fees are to be applied into your account.
4. Please advice us by email after your transfer has been made, then we will send you a written confirmation note.
5. The balance should be settle 45 days prior arrival, 61 days for chrismast & new year and for last minute booking be able to settle the payment upon arrival at the villa.
6. Reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa bank account.


Cancellation Policy
1. The cancellation within 60 days prior arrival the down payment has been paid will be 50% refundable
2. The cancellation within 30 days prior arrival the down payment has been paid will not refundable
3. The cancellation within 14 days prior arrival should be full payment from the total rental value has been agreed
4. All Bank chargers must be bare by the clients/Guests
5. The cancellation confirmation must be on writing
