The spectacular Villa Ylang Ylang is located in Saba Bai, a deserted stretch of black sand beach, 15 minutes north from the popular resort town of Sanur. Main Level
Enter the villa across lily ponds to the main open living pavilion,
with seating area for 12 guests, and french windows onto pool terrace.
Powder room with WC and wash basin. Modern kitchen with oven, hob,
fridge, freezer, toaster, mixer, cappuccino maker and coffee filter.
Study/library with day bed, TV, satellite channels, VCD, VCR, CD,
stereo, DVD and telescope. Music and film library, books.
Bedrooms - South Wing
The south wing has three bedrooms: Ocean-front double bedroom with
king-size bed, terrace with plunge pool, TV, VCR, stereo and en-suite
bath/shower, double wash basin and WC. Double bedroom with queen-size
bed and adjoining doors to a twin bedroom. Both these rooms have
en-suite bath/shower, WC and wash basin.
Bedrooms - North Wing
The North Wing also has three bedrooms: Ocean-front double bedroom with
king-size bed, terrace with plunge pool, TV, VCR, stereo and en-suite
bath, shower, WC and double wash basin. Double bedroom with queen-size
bed and adjoining doors to a twin bedroom. Both these rooms have
en-suite bath/shower, WC and wash basin. All the bedrooms open to the
pool deck and feature draped beds, air conditioning, fans and safe
drawers. Outside is a 15 x 15 metre \'infinity\' wimming pool, showers,
sun terrace and two ocean-front bales for massage.

The Ylang –Ylang fully serviced by:
• Full time Villa Manager. Supervise and co-ordinates the staff and is available to assist guests during their stay.
• Trained Cook to prepare both local and international cuisines. Menu provided and the staff will do all the market shopping.
• Villa Attendants is responsible for housekeeping duties and taking care of daily laundry and dry cleaning service.
• Security Guards to guard the villa 24 hours a day to ensure the security and safety of the guests and the property
• Gardener responsible to treat the landscape and the grounds around the villa. They also responsible for cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool

Villa Ylang Ylang Terms
Note :
1. Rate
The rates above are subject 15% to goverment tax and service charge.
All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room.
2.Seasonal:
Low Season: January 9 - June 30, September 16 - December 19
High Season: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15, 23 - 28 January (Chinese New Year), 10 - 16 April (Easter week)
Peak Season: August 1 -31, December 20 - January 8 (Xmas - New Year period)
3. Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.
A minimum of 2 nights stay in low season
A minimum of 5 nights stay in high season
A minimum of 10 nights stay in peak season
4. Check in/out time
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
5. Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
6. Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$100 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
7. F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.
