Located in a quiet of Seminyak and not far from legian . The property is close and a walking distance to the beach plus a huge variety of boutique galleries fine restaurants, trendy cafes and all kinds of bars and night clubs.

Pelangi Villa Rooms

The first and second master bedroom separately located from second building both with king sized bedroom. The second master bedroom in the first building is upstairs and set among the treetops with swimming pool and garden view. The first villa is only 10 meters away from the second villa, pool/garden area.

The third bedroom is also upstairs with queen sized bed. This lovely air conditioned room and its mosquito net covered bed conjures images of yesteryear and a twin bedroom is on the first level of this villa. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have an en suite bathroom.

Each 2 bedroom villa comprises a separate living and dining area surrounded by tropical garden, also has two bathrooms open air shower, double vanity and dressing area. Villa Pelangi also offers spacious equipped modern kitchen, a formal dining area, a relaxing open air loung area plus a private courtyard/patio for outdoor dining.

* 1 Manager; oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist the guest during their stay.
* 1 Cook; know how to shop for premium quality produce and all meals are provided to you at cost, naturally Indonesian cuisine is a specialty and we have a wide selection of delicious choice.
* 1 Gardener & Pool Attendant; tending the garden and the grounds of the villa ensuring all the facilities of the villa run smoothly during your visit.
* 3 Room Maid; taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and building of the property and responsible for all housekeeping duties.
* 3 Security; patrol the ground and guard the entrance of the villa from dusk to dawn ensuring your security.

Note :

The above rates are inclusive 10% service charge & 11% Goverment tax.

Daily basic breakfast is included in the rates. 

 

Seasonal
- Low Season: January 9 to July 14, September 16 to December 14 (not including Easter Week)
- High Season: July 15 to July 31, September 1 to September 15 (Easter week & Chinese new year week)
- Peak Season: August 1 - 31, Christmas & New Year Period (December 15 - January 8)

 

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
