Sienna Villas consists of two different villa styles: the luxurious Puri Sienna - a 4 bedroom villa complex, and Sienna Villas - four separate 3 bedroom villas. Puri Sienna Villa features 4 deluxe bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms, spaciously spread out on a soothing 2000 square meter oasis featuring two swimming pools. Sienna Villas feature 3 bedrooms with ensuite in Mediterranean style, giving a spacious island feel. The villas each feature extensive upstairs and downstairs areas, with private lap pools in a tropical setting.

Sienna Villas is centrally located in the heart of Seminyak, just a short stroll to some of the best quality shopping in Bali. A short taxi ride takes you to the nicest restaurants and most popular night spots in Bali. We are also 15 minutes walk to the world famous Legian beach, but if you are in a hurry we would advise traveling by taxi as the walk takes you past some great shops and it could take some time to get there. We are also just two minutes from a large supermarket.

The perfect accompaniment to your ideal holiday is our Balinese team of professional, friendly, English speaking staff at Sienna who are on call to cater for your every need and whim. With a genuine smile and friendly attitude they are trained to ensure that your holiday is as comfortable as it is memorable. Our restaurant-trained cooks are available to cater for your in-house dinner, with reasonable notice. Or alternatively, utilize our fully modern kitchen to create your own gastronomic delights, as Seminyak's best international delis and supermarkets are no more than 5 minutes away. Menus from a a selection of fine local restaurants are in each villa, and our staff are on hand to arrange orders, pick-up and will serve your meal to you in the privacy of your own villa. Our helpful manager can also assist you with specialized tour arrangements, as there is so much to see and do on the paradise island of Bali. All within easy traveling distance of Sienna Villas are; Hindu temple tours, scuba diving, white water rafting, golfing, elephant trekking or tennis. Fantastic local and international restaurant recommendations, and exciting shopping advice, are also gladly imparted.

Sienna Villa Bali Terms

All rates above are inclusive:
- one time return transfer in/out from airport to Villa
- 8 pax daily American breakfast for 4 bedrooms villa
- 6 pax daily continental breakfast for 3 bedrooms villa
- cold towel, welcome drinks upon arrival
- 10% to Government tax and 11% service charge
- fully staffed with housemaids and 24 hrs security guards.

- Meals for extra guests charged to personal account
- Babysitting is available upon request with additional charge

Seasonal periods:
Low : Jan 11 - July 09 & Sept 17 - Dec 14.
High : July 10 - Sept 16.
Peak : Dec 15 Jan 10.

Minimum stay required:
Low season : 3 nights
High season : 8 nights
Peas season : 10 nights

Villa standard Capacity:
3 bedrooms - maximum occupied up to 6 persons adults
4 bedrooms - Maximum occupied up to 8 persons adults

All rooms has king size beds and Extra beds (for additional pax over 8 in 4 bed and over 6 in 3 bed) can be provided in rooms at a cost of US$25/bed/night. Baby Cot FOC.

The term and booking condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Any Cancellations received within 14 days of guest’s arrival in peak season and high season within 10 days in low and will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% accommodation cost
- Any Cancellations received within 45 days of guest’s arrival in peak season and high season within 21 days in low season will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% accommodation cost.

Check-in & Check-out requirement:
Check in-time is 14:00hrs and check-out time 12:00hrs. Day use of the villa up until 6pm will be charged at 50% from one night rate and full room rate applies after 6pm.

Additional info:
- Meals for extra guests charged to personal account.
- Babysitting service available at US$7/hour up until 7pm and US$9/hour after 7pm.
- Special function ie. Wedding, anniversary, birthday party, minimum stay 7 nights on low and 8 nights on high season and 10 nights on peak, Packages available on request.
