The Dusun is a boutique hotel offering 14 exquisite private villas, conveniently located in the Petitenget area of Bali’s stunning southwest shore just a few minutes' strolls from the beach.

The Dusun Villa Location

The Dusun is located in Petitenget village in Kerobokan approximately 100 meters from Petitenget Beach. This ideal location is in the heart of a traditional Balinese village, which features Pura Petitenget, one of the six most important temples in Bali.
The Beach.
The famous sunset beach is located just a short stroll (100meters) from The Dusun. This stunning beach offers spectacular sunset views, long beach walks to Kuta (5km) and world class surf breaks.

Seminyak
The Seminyak area is a two-minute ride from The Dusun. This area offers a large selection of fine restaurants, boutique shopping and notorious nightlife.

Kuta
World famous for shopping, partying and people watching, Kuta offers some of the best shopping in Bali as well as surfing and water sport.

The rates above are inclusive 10% service charge & 11% Government tax.

Note:
- Additional ABF USD 8.00 net, child under 12Y free, max 1
- Extra bed USD 30.00 net/night(ABF + laundry inclusive), Child under 12 years old will be free of charge:
- 1 Baby Cot
- 1 Baby Chair.

Seasonal Rates:
Low Season: 08 Jan - 31 Mar, 01 Apr - 19 Jul, 08 Sep - 14 Dec.
High Season: 20 Jul - 07 Sept, 15 Dec - 07 Jan.

Check-in/Check-out standard:
- Chek-in time 14:00PM
- Chek-out time 12:00PM

- Day use guaranteed till 18:00 will 50% charge.

Minimum length of stay requirement:
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case basis.

Honeymooner
Additional special flower in room and bathroom + fruit basket upon arrival.

Birthday/anniversary
Additional cake or flowers

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental outlay is required and received by the villa within five (5) of working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
- The payment should in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa
- The remaining due balance is required to settle prior arrival at the villa (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
1.Notice of cancellation must be received by villa in writing by
fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season,
45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings.
2.Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled
61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3.In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the
deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.
4. Final Payments are non-refundable

Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, 3 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance otherwise the booking will not be accepted without prior confirmation.
