The Seiryu is a perfect example of accommodation that has all the elements of luxury. It is tastefully decorated with modern and fashionable interiors with a Japanese feel that runs throughout the whole property. Each villa exudes its own distinct ambience, created by independent furnishing styles and vibrant art.

 

With just 8 villas each with their own private swimming pools, the concept of The Seiryu is to unite couples. The word SEIRYU contains 2 meanings, SEI is to bind people and RYU is the dragon, which in Japan symbolizes the story of couple Dom. Therefore all the villas are one bedroom units designed for couples, whether on a honeymoon, a relaxing holiday or friends wishing to spend time together. The 'no children' policy allows a couple to really be a couple and spend every moment reconnecting with each other.

The Seiryu Villa Location

20 min. from the Ngurah Rai airport, we're located in the center of the Seminyak area the popular Oberoi beach, near modern restaurants, clubs, cafes, spas and art galleries.

The Seiryu Villa Rooms

Each villa consist of one bedroom with two different type such as villa type A and villa type B.

One bedroom with villa type A:

The living room is separated to the bedroom, concrete ceiling with specious size of living and bedroom.

One bedroom with villa type B:

The living and bedroom are connected, concrete ceiling, and the villa are smaller than villa type A, but absolutely both villas type are the same facilities and service.

The above rates are nett inclusive of 21% to government tax and service charge

The rates above are inclusive the following benefits:

- Accommodation in luxury villa

- Welcome drink and fragrant chilled towel upon arrival

- Seasonal fresh tropical fruits

- Complimentary hot & cold water

- Daily choice breakfast in villa (American and Japanese platter)

- Free unlimited WiFi internet in villa and lobby area

- Free shuttle service within Seminyak and Kuta area based on schedule

- One time round trip Airport transfer

General Terms & Conditions

- A 50% down payment is required due to secure the booking

- Down payment is non refundable

- The reservation to be confirmed when the down payment is received by the villa

- All rates are quoted in US$ and or in IDR based on villa exchange rate on date issued.

- And balance due payment is required prior arrival(30 days in low season, 45 days for high season and 61 days for peak season booking)

- For last minuts booking be able to settle of full payement upon check-in at the villa.

Cancellation Policy

1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by Fax or email prior to arrival at the villa.

2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival in regular/high season(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).

3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as notice above, and however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited or non-refundable.

4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out time:

- Check in time at 14.00 (pm) and check out time at 12.00 (noon)

- A 50% from the applicable rate is applied for late check-out until 18:00

- Any extension stay exeeding 18:00 will consider of a full room charge at one night rental rate.

Seasonal:

High season: July 15 - August 31

Peak season: December 21 - January 05

Minimum rental period

Low Season: 5-nights,

High Season: 7-nights,

Peak Season: 10-nights

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.
