Villa 1 and Villa 2 open up to each other through a door located between the 2 common gardens, resulting in a 3-bedroom villa.

It includes a large swimming pool that is surrounded by an amazing garden.

Our living room is specially designed to help you enjoy the sounds of nature. The villa is built on 16 acres of land and can accomodate a cocktail party and wedding in our large garden.

Villa Plawa Sari (3 bedroom villa):
This palatial 3 bedroom villa includes a large private swimming pool. .A spectacular lotus pond which surrounds the dining area is home to beautiful carp and cute frogs and evening lily flowers. The comforts of home set in luscious tropical gardens, the perfect setting for an in-villa massage or dinner party.

A garden gazebo to put you in the mood. The bathrooms are luxurious playgrounds especially designed to soothe your soul. We have internet/broadband and DVD entertainment. Note :

The rates above are subject to 10% government tax and 6% service charge.

 

The rates above are inclusive of the following benefits below:
- Daily breakfast in the Villa
- Airport transfer (pick up and drop off) service.
- Welcome drink and cool towel upon arrival
- Fresh fruit & flowers on arrival
- Complimentary use of Wi-Fi internet connection.

Seasonal rates:
Low Season : January 9th to June 30th, Oct 01st to Dec 19th (Excluding Easter))
High Season : July 1st to 31st, Sept 1st to 30th, Easter Week, Chinese New Year)
Peak Season : Aug 1st to Aug 31st , Dec 20th to January 8th ( Christmas & New Year)

Minimum rental period
Low Season = 2 nights
High Season = 5 nights
Peak Season = 7 nights

Child policy and extra person:
- Due to safety considerations in the villas, reservations for children under 12 years of age are not recommended and no responsibility will be taken by the management.
- Baby cot is subject to an additional charge at USD 5 / night.
- Extra bed is subject to an additional charge at USD 25 per person, which includes daily breakfast

Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy. Villa Bali Asri are maximum occupancy up to 2 persons in each bedroom, but if you wish to have additional guests or held a function then we should get informed in advance to provided ideal accommodation as villa standard requirements.

The Villa Booking Procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
