This palatial 1 bedroom villa has a private swimming pool. Our living room is perfectly designed to listen to nature's sound.

It is a wonderful place to relax your body and soul. The gazebo beside the swimming pool will help you relax as well our as Balinese style bathroom.

Villa 1 and Villa 2 open up to each other through a door located between the 2 common gardens, resulting in a 3-bedroom villa.

Villa 2 (2 bedroom villa):
This lovely 2 bedroom villa has a private swimming pool. Our living room is perfectly designed to listen to nature's sound.

It includes a large swimming pool that is surrounded by an amazing garden.

Our living room is specially designed to help you enjoy the sounds of nature. The villa is built on 16 acres of land and can accomodate a cocktail party and wedding in our large garden.

Villa Plawa Sari (3 bedroom villa):
This palatial 3 bedroom villa includes a large private swimming pool. .A spectacular lotus pond which surrounds the dining area is home to beautiful carp and cute frogs and evening lily flowers. The comforts of home set in luscious tropical gardens, the perfect setting for an in-villa massage or dinner party.

A garden gazebo to put you in the mood. The bathrooms are luxurious playgrounds especially designed to soothe your soul. We have internet/broadband and DVD entertainment. Note :

The rates above are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge.

All above rates are including the following benefits:

- One time return transfer in/out from Airport to villa

- Daily breakfast

- Welcome drinks & cold towels upon arrival

- Flower arrangement

- Wireless internet connection

- Fully staffed

Seasonal periods:

Low Season:

January 9th to June 30th (excluding Easter), Oct 01st to December 19th

High Season:

July 1st to July 31 st , September 1 st to September 30th , Easter week, Chinese New Year.

Peak Season:

August 1 to August 31 st , December 20th to January 8th (Xmas and New Year period)

Minimum rental period

Low Season: 5-nights,

High Season: 7-nights,

Peak Season: 10-nights

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

The Villa Booking Procedures:

- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.

- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for last minutes booking in low season periods.

- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

- The reservation to be confirmed when the payment is received by the villa.

Check in/out time

- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.

- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:

- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 200.00 if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)

-In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited and full payment is required.

- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
