The above rates are subject to 5% service charge & 10% Goverment tax.

Check-In & Check-out time:
Check-In : 14.00 PM
Check-Out : 12.00 PM
- Late check out until 18.00PM will be charge half from one night rate and if it is later then 18:00PM will be charge full one night villa rate
- Late check-out is subject the villa update availability.

High & Peak Season Periods:
LOW SEASON : January 10 to June 30, excl Chinese New year and Easter;
15 September to 20 December
HIGH SEASON : Easter week, Chinese new year, July, September 1 to 15
PEAK SEASON : August and Dec 20 to Jan 10

The rates above are inclusive of the folowing benefit:

Minimum rental period:
