An easy to use and handy sliding doors system instantly creates all combination of room numbers possible from 2 to 8 bedroom.

Villa C2 Residence Terms

- The above rates are subject to 5% service charge & 10% Goverment tax.
- Peak seasons periods are required to book full complex (8BR villas).
- Chef can provided by the villa upon request with additional extra cost.

The rates above are inclusive of the folowing benefit:
- daily breakfast
- Welcome drinks & cold towels upon arrival
- fruits basket and flowers arrangement
- One time return transfer from Airport to the villa
- Internet access
- cleaning service, maids, butler and house manager

Extra Bed Rates at US$ 40.25 net /night.

Check-In & Check-out time:
Check-In : 14.00 PM
Check-Out : 12.00 PM
- Late check out until 18.00PM will be charge half from one night rate and if it is later then 18:00PM will be charge full one night villa rate
- Late check-out is subject the villa update availability.

High & Peak Season Periods:
Low season: January 11 - June 30,September 11 - December 20, except Easter week and Chinese New Year
High season: September 01 - 10, Easter Week, Chinese New Year, July 01 - August 31,
Peak season:  December 20 - January 10

Minimum rental period:
- Low Season: 3 nights
- High Season: 7 nights
- Peak Season: 7 nights

Booking precedures:
- A deposit of 50% from the rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has ben sent.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks 
after booking are confirmed (unless it is a booking within 45 days within arrival)
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
