Villa Chimera is a collection of two and three bedrooms types all of which offer an experience in style and luxury with a contemporary Balinese twist.

Each secluded villa features a private entrance, swimming pool and garden, fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, satellite television, stereo system, IDD telephone system and air-conditioned bedroom/s, as well as hi-speed wireless internet connection (WiFi) throughout the area.

Two Bedroom Villa
Designed for privacy, perfect for 2 couples or small families. A separate living/dining environment, with sleek furnishings and individual artworks, facing the pool and its sundeck setting. The fully air-conditioned bedroom, decorated with understated elegance, enhances the peaceful slumber that follows a leisure filled day.

Three Bedroom Villa
The three bedroom villa is a contemporary unity of east/west aesthetics with striking pieces of modern art against a structural backdrop of indigenous materials. Ideal for large families or a group of good friends. A semi-open living area captures the mood and sensual warmth of the tropics, while all three bedrooms are air-conditioned for rest and personal comfort.

Villa Chimera Bali Terms

RATES

The rates above are inclusive:

- daily continental breakfast

- 21% government tax and service charge

- Welcome drink and cool towel upon arrival

- Flowers arrangement

- Internet 24 hours

- One time return transfer in/out from airport to villa.

Low

: January 11th to July 14th and September 16th to December 19th

High

: July 15th to September 15th

Peak

: December 20th to January 10th

Minimum Rental Period

Low Season: 5-nights,

High Season: 7-nights,

Peak Season: 10-nights

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT

Every effort will be made to ensure room availability by 14:00 hrs on the day of the arrival. Our check out time is 12:00 hrs unless prior notice is negotiated, subject to availability upon request.

VILLA CAPACITY

We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 people. The three bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 people. If you wish to have additional guests we must be informed in advance.

CHILDREN POLICY

Our Children's policy is to provide 1 extra bed for one child under 15 years old. In the case of two children, we allow one child under 5 years old to sleep with parents and we will provide an extra bed for children 5 to 15 years old.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS

- A deposit of 50% of the amount must be received within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.

- Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).

- If the booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings); full payment is required within five (5) working days.

- If confirmation is made less than 5 days before the booking commences, payment is due immediately.

- For last minute bookings (within 7 days or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

CANCELLATIONS

- Deposits will be refunded in full, less USD100, if the reservation is cancelled 46 days or more prior to arrival (61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival (or 61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival (or 61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.

- Notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing.

- Final payments are non-refundable.
