Chimera offers you 5 Star Luxury accommodation and service in a very private setting but only a 5 minute walk from the heart of the action of seminyak! Villa Chimera is a collection of two and three bedrooms types all of which offer an experience in style and luxury with a contemporary Balinese twist.
Each secluded villa features a private entrance, swimming pool and garden, fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, satellite television, stereo system, IDD telephone system and air-conditioned bedroom/s, as well as hi-speed wireless internet connection (WiFi) throughout the area.

Villa Chimera Bali Location

Chimera Villas are located just behind the restaurant district found on Jl Oberoi Rd. Accessed from either this road or from Jl Sari Dewi the complex is within walking distance of the beach. Chimera is in the center of what is now considered the “Prime Villa district” in Seminyak close to the well known Oberoi & The Legian Hotels. The villa is a 20 minute drive from the airport and a short walk to the Ku De Ta Restaurant. 15 minutes walk to La Lucciola beach. 15 minutes drive to Kuta beach and Legian area.  .

Villa Chimera Bali Rooms

Villa Orange – 2 bedroom
The master bedroom includes a TV, outdoor shower and bathtub including separate wood deck balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom located to the right side of the main foyer is housed in a separate building, and includes a bathtub and indoor shower.

Upon entering the main foyer, to the left is the kitchen with separate service entrance and a fully equipped western kitchen with bar style window to a separate dining area. The living room is fully equipped with a home entertainment system including DVD player, sound system and cable television. The 12 x 5 m lap pool is surrounded by a tropical garden landscape and a pool rain shower feature.

Villa Green – 2 bedroom
The two bedrooms are located side by side to the right of the dining/living room direction. Both bedrooms have indoor showers, cable television, air-conditioning and facing directly the 10x 5 m pool and its surrounding spacious tropical garden landscape.

Entrance is through a covered walkway, through the main door. The foyer opens into the dining room and living room areas. The fully modern kitchen is located on the left side of the living room with open-air guest ‘powder-room/restroom at the end of the room. Opposite of the kitchen are laundry preparation area. Both kitchen and laundry preparation are completed with separate service entrance.

Villa Three – 3 bedroom
There are two bedrooms on the upper level, both complete with air conditioning and bath tub with separate outdoor shower and outdoor terrace. The 3rd bedroom is also equipped with an indoor shower. Both bedrooms are facing the tropical garden and lap pool.

On the right side after entering the villa’s main door is an air-conditioned large king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom, complete with outdoor bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.

Entrance to complex is through a secured gate to the parking area for four cars and management office to the left. A straight path to the villa entrance is through a massive wooden door leading to a covered gangway. On the left side is a spacious open living and dining area, separate TV room and large modern kitchen, featuring the modern western kitchen, with separate entrance for service staff.

- All rates above are subject  15% to government tax and service charge.
- Long term and last minutes rates are available upon request.

* The extra bed will provided upon request with additional cost at US$ 25 nett/night include breakfast.
* Chef available upon request with additional charge for USD 20 per cooking.
* Baby sitter available for USD 5/hour (more than 4 hours it’s negotiable)
* Baby court available for free of charge.

Seasonal Periods:
Low: Jan 11 to July 14 (exclude Easter & Chinese New Year) AND Sept 16 to Dec 19
High: July 15 to Sept 15 AND Chinese New Year
Peak: Dec 20 to Jan 10, Christmas AND Easter

Minimum Rental requirement:
Low Season: 3-nights,
High Season: 5-nights,
Peak Season: 7-nights
The villa will accepted either two or three nights length of stay but subject to villa availability.

Check-in & Check-out time:
Every effort will be made to ensure room availability by 14:00 hrs on the day of the arrival. Our check out time is 12:00 hrs unless prior notice is negotiated, subject to availability upon request.

Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the Two bedrooms villas maximum occupancy is up to 4 peoples. The Three bedrooms villa maximum occupancy is 6 peoples. This villas Chimera be able to book entire villas to accommodate large group up to 14 persons. If you wish to have additional guests or function venue at the villa then the management must be informed in advance due to respect the villa standard requirements.

CHILDREN POLICY
Our Children’s policy is to provide 1 extra bed for one child under 15 years old. In the case of two children, we allow one child under 5 years old to sleep with parents and we will provide an extra bed for children 5 to 15 years old.

Booking Procedures:
- A 50% deposit from the amount must be received within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- Final payment is required to settle at 30 days prior to arrival in low season booking (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- If the booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings); full payment is required prior arrival.
- For last minute bookings (within 7 days or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full, less USD250.00 if the reservation is cancelled 46 days or more prior to arrival (61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event of reservation is cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival (or 61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
