Villa Chocolat is located in the heart of Seminyak (BALI) in the chic district of Oberoi, the Villa offers refined architecture with one of the last view of the Seminyak rice fields.The rooms enjoy a view of the rice field as well as the sunset.This villa was designed by Stephan Remini and like all his projects, he was able to optimize all living areas of 1000 m2 of land, 400 m2 living space, 5 bedrooms (including a master bedroom can be privatized), two swimming pools, a fish pond, two gardens, a patio, a bar and kitchen, living room area 200 m2. The decorations designed by Stephan Remini are a unique line of furniture.

Villa Chocolat Terms

- All Rates above are subject 15.5% to government tax and service charge.
- Extra bed is available upon request with additional charge at US$ 58 net/night/per one extra bed include breakfast.

Seasonal periods:
LOW SEASON: Sept 1st to Dec 19 th – January 10 th to March 31st (except Chinese week) – May 1st to May 31st
HIGH SEASON: Chinese week – January 20 th to 26 th – April 1st to April 30 th – June 1st to July 9 th – August 16 th to August 31 st
PEAK SEASON: July 10 th to August 15 th– December 20 th to January 9 th

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time at 2pm
- Check-out time at 12.00 noon
- Villa CHOCOLAT reserve the right to impose 50% charge based on contract rates for early check in.
- Day use or late check out until 5 pm will be charge 50% of one night rate.
- Check out after 5 pm will be charged at 100% of the daily rate.
- Late check-out is subject to availability. In order to guarantee the availability of a villa for late check out, the villa must be reserved prior guests arrival

Cancellation and no show policy
No show guests will be subjected to 100% of total booking. Any cancellations of the reservation must be received no later than 45 days prior to the arrival date and any cancellations received in the period will forfeit the deposit. Deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 45 days before the arrival date

Liabilities
Villa CHOCOLAT is exonerated from all responsibilities in case of non adherence in total or partial of the contract arising from any unforeseen circumstances; third party liability and or circumstances beyond its control such as: accidental damage, catastrophes, natural disasters; partial or total strike and all governmental measures which would make it impossible for the Villa CHOCOLAT to carry out the terms and contract partly or fully.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations of the reservation must be received by the villa management with no later than 45 days prior to the arrival date. If any cancellation made before 45 days prior the arrival date then the deposit will refunded in full and less US$ 250 as booking administration fees. The cancellation made after 45 days prior the arrival date then the deposit will be forfeited or non refundable
