Villa Cicada Terms

All rates above are subject of 10% to government tax and service charge.

Extra bed: USD35/night

The rates are inclusive the benefits of:
- one time round trip Airport transfer
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- daily Ala Carte Breakfast up to 2 person in each room
- 24 hrs butler services
- free WiFi internet connection ( bring own laptop)

- Honeymoon package are inclusive of Airport transfer, one In-Room Candle Light Dinner inclusive of a bottle of Wine, 24 Hour Butler service and a 2 hour Massage for 2. (1 Hour Each )

RATES
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars
- Rates are subject to change, however we will honour rates for all reservations booked and paid prior to the change.

Seasonal Periods:
- Low season : January 11 - June 30, September 16 - December 17
- High season : July 01 - September 15, December 18 - January 10.


MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT
Every effort will be made to ensure room availability by 14:00 hrs on the day of the arrival. Our check out time is 12:00 hrs unless prior notice is negotiated, subject to availability upon request.

VILLA CAPACITY
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the one bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 2 persons. The two bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 4 persons. The three bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must be informed in advance.

CHILDREN POLICY
Our Children's policy is to provide 1 extra bed for one child under 15 years old. In the case of two children, we allow one child under 5 years old to sleep with parents and we will provide an extra bed for children 5 to 15 years old.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS
- A deposit of 50% of the amount must be received within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
- Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- If the booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings); full payment is required within five (5) working days.
- If confirmation is made less than 5 days before the booking commences, payment is due immediately.
- For last minute bookings (within 7 days or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- Payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate, in accordance with Indonesian government regulations.

CANCELLATIONS
- Deposits will be refunded in full, less USD100, if the reservation is cancelled 46 days or more prior to arrival (61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival (or 61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival (or 61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing.
