Located within the charming village of Petitenget, Villa Erick is surrounded by elements of Bali's cultural way of life, but it is also minutes away from the vibrant pulse of Seminyak - where the island's shopping, dining and nightlife is at its finest.

Villa Erick Rooms

Catering to the needs of up to ten adult guests, Villa Erick is a five bedroom residence and can book four bedroom for the smaller family group, that has been created for optimal privacy without compromising comfort. The upstairs entertainment room, featuring a study corner, library and the latest audio-visual equipment, also converts into an additional bedroom should the need arise.

The main structure of the villa is orientated towards a generous sized swimming pool that is edged by a gently flowing water wall that has an extraordinary calming effect. The pool is enveloped by a manicured lawn and random planting of indigenous flora that makes a safe play area for guests choosing to travel with children.

Villa Erick is serviced by a dedicated team trained to anticipate every possible holiday need or desire. Complimentary services include airport transfers, daily breakfast, afternoon tea and a personal Butler, as well as a Chef for any special culinary requests. Rates
All rates are above subject 15% applicable to government tax and service charge.
 Long term and last minute rates ( 7 days prior arrival) are available upon request

High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 15 - September 15, Easter Week;
Peak season period: December 20 - January 8.
Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
