The four individual villa compounds face a long stretch of manicured lawn studded with a handful of coconut palms. This provides an ideal environment for outdoor gatherings such as a private wedding or garden party. Youbi ~ Japan
This tastefully appointed two bedroom retreat soothes the senses through a Japanese inspired décor. Simple timber furnishings with bold red accents and quirky pieces of oriental artistry add to the visual appeal of this environment. Polished bamboo is prominent throughout the entire villa – from the panelled kitchen counter to the upstairs canopied bed and the tall outdoor fence surrounding the pool that ensures total security.

Pyaar ~ India
Reminiscent of an Indian home filled with colourful treasures and rich textiles, Pyaar is an exclusive three-bedroom villa category designed for optimal comfort. It features an integrated living cum dining space that overlooks the pool for quality family time. The upstairs master bedroom is a meticulous crafted sanctuary with timber panels and an elevated ceiling. Amore ~ Europe

Cinta ~ Bali
Cinta is a spacious three-bedroom villa that pays tribute to the island of Bali and its artistic heritage. Designed to embrace the outdoors, Cinta overlooks a fish pond that harmoniously blends indigenous flora and blossoming frangipanni trees. Low season period: Jan 09 - June 30 (excl.Chinese New Year & Easter) & Sept 16- Dec
19
High season period: July 01 - 31, September 1 - 15. Feb 20 - 25 & April 06 - 12
Peak season period: Aug 01 - 31 and December 20 - Jan 08

Minimum Stay required:
Low season: 3 nights
High season: 5 nights
Peak season: 7 nights

villa booking procedures below:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Payment must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice to be sent and otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa (within 30 days for
Low season, 45 days in High Season and 61 days in Peak Season booking.
- Less of 30 days of booking made than full payment prior arrival is required.

Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing either by
Fax or email prior due date of arrival at the villa.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00 unless the booking is cancelled at 45
days or more prior to arrival in Low season and in High and Peak season booking
should be notice at 61 days prior due date of arrival .
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled exceed from time duration notice above,
and however the deposit has been paid will be non-refundable and full payment
from the total transaction is obligate.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
