Heliconia villa consist of 4 modern minimized style villa and 4 cozy Balinese traditional bungalow located in Seminyak area. Heliconia Villa is located in the quite area, however it only took 25 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from famous Kuta beach. Enjoy fully personalized services beginning with our complimentary airport pick-up, within 15 minutes you will be relaxing in your private pool, refreshing welcome drink overlooking your enchanting tropical private garden. Our lovely villa is only 5 minutes walk to an exciting option of nightclubs, international restaurants, fashion shops and the Petitenget beach. Heliconia bungalow has 4 lovely bungalow with 2 bedroom of traditional Balinese style. Villa Heliconia Bali Terms

Rates
All rates are net, quoted in US$ and inclusive of:
- Applicable government tax and service charge,
- Daily breakfast for maximum 2 person of one bedroom villa, 4 person for two bedroom villa,
- Fresh towel, welcome drink on arrival
- One time return in/out transfer from Airport to the villa

Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, the 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

Reservation
A minimum of 3 nights is required for high season bookings and 5 night for peak season bookings

Term of Payment
50% deposit of total rental amount is required to secure the booking, and then for the balance payment be able to settle upon arrival at the villa

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation must received in written, by fax or email
- Cancellation made within 14 until 8 days, prior arrival will be charge 50% of deposit paid, within 7 until 0 days prior arrival will be charge 100% from the total villa reservation value
- No show will be charge 100% from the total villa reservation value
- Early check-out and any reduction of the period of stay will be charge 100% of total reservation value

High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 1 - September 15;
peak season period: December 24 - January 10

Minimum Rental Period
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

Check-in & Check-out time
- Check-in time is after 02:00Pm
- Check-out time is 12:00 Noon
- Late check-out (day use) until 06:00pm is at additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate and subject to availability
